I'm not a professional in the least, just something of a connoisseur of dead bodies, but I don't remember having seen a mark exactly like that on any other corpse. To my layman eyes it looks like post-death discoloration but why that pattern? For whatever it's worth it's also not visible on any of her alive photos, but the most recent pictures showing her tummy that I can find are from the 2014 fappening leak, so they would have been at least 5 year old by the time of her death in 2019.
