You should be able to tell what things should be left to user self moderation through filters, and what things constitute spam or ragebait and should be dealt with. You should have a vested interest in making sure that this place does not become like 4/vg/ while maintaining the ability for users to shitpost in good spirits and in moderation (the so called "funposting"), and be able to explain this by detailing the issues your home general(s) faced there that cross this line.
