Days should be metric. There is no reason for them not to be. Ten hours in a day, 100 minutes in an hour, 100 seconds in a minute. Adjust the length of seconds and their corresponding (already metric) subunits accordingly. However, the solar year is useful, and doesn't have a number of days divisible by 10 or 100, so they should just have months with 36 days and then a special weird "month" at the end of the year, which is pretty much how the romans did it anyway. An extra five days is at least half of ten. And a leap day is a special thing that can get tacked on when needed. Just slap this period right around Christmas, since the week between Christmas and New Years is already basically a holiday week for all the non-barbarians out there. Lunar calendars are for stupid barbarians, and the best part of making it 10 36 day months is just to fuck with the barbarians who want to use lunar calendars, and make it even further from what they want.

>sex predator and friends shit
>The fuck is happening.
It's called not being in an SJW shithole site where people believe or care about #metoo bullshit. Not that I'm even going to click on the link, because eceleb shit is also stupid, but it's less stupid than you.

Reminder that everything starting with the 2009 movie is legally not canon because it has to be "25% different" for licensing purposes, and this includes the "Prime Timeline" as well. The "Prime Timeline" is not the original timeline, but an alternate one that is slightly closer than the "Kelvin Timeline" that is the focus of the last three movies. Since the Prime Timeline was also introduced in those movies, it is legally required to be distinct from the original as well. You can't out-autism Trekfags.

SJWs are the most bigoted people
well, in the west at least and just project their bigotry onto others. But also, I'm pretty sure United Earth still existed in all previous versions of Star Trek, it just would have lost much of its autonomy since it would have become essentially a province of the Federation.
