Not likely. You can use a few methods to pull the videos off of youtube via a bot going through lists, but if you don't have access to the internals you have to rig up certain systems yourself. Search engines are like mid-tier on the programming list (which is still fucking hard) so setting one up is pretty trivial.
Essentially from what i know proxy sites like Invidious take the content itself and plaster it inside their own site or provide a window in, but the actual functions of the site have to be built ground up. Again, if it were that easy to just grab the algorithm they'd do it to save time.
But the actual stuff itself is hosted off site black box style. Invidious can only grab what's already publicly available, which also includes private videos.

That's because you're not on the list. Try searching something and then have someone else search the same thing, both of you will get different results. Essentially they do something like tag you depending on the videos you watch, and in my sphere it's sending huge amounts of political shit to people. It also might depend on your IP address location, someone should start skipping servers and see if they get different results.
If you have access to a new york or otherwise blue state address trust me that's where it's going to be happening even more.
