So, with that said, maybe your manager was in a position of: "Hey, Review your employees and all of that, and remember that, no matter what, the satisfaction indicator MUST BE SUPERIOR TO 9.7 :^)". With all that said, unironically, a 7 between some 10s, REALLY drops the coefficient by a lot, and obviously, that makes the suit jew in the top start falling and making passive-aggresive commentaries about firing the manager because why the fuck no?; And maybe that's why your boss was basically wanting to kill You, but couldn't tell You exactly why.
It's mostly numbers bullshit, because if they ACTUALLY paíd attention to that, they'll start asking questions like "Hey, what happens? What's wrong here? Maybe it's the actual daily climate, and not your job, which is causing You to not be really happy? Maybe you're bummed?". But instead, in most cases, they'll just yell and menace because why the fuck no, make sole changes here and there, and that's it, instead of knowing what is the problem.
I work in a place that uses reviews from the clients and such, and there is a question in the Review that así about the Price, so, the prices being fuckhuge because fuck You, the people mostly rate the Price as Bad
Nearly 20 dollars for 2 simple burgers, while the rest of the Review being A+ 100/10 excellent.
So, because obviously the people don't like the Price... Well, Bad Luck fucker, your rate goes the fuck down from 98% to fucking 93% because the prices we put with our 2 Big balls, are outrageous for the people, and because of that, you're responsible, fuck You :^).
So, with that in mind, i can Somehow understand why everything happened like that. Still, what a bastard nonetheless, taking that aggresive behaviour instead of taking it from other perspective
