>>95942 >but at the very least you still actually have the ability to comment bellow which (((CNN))) and the likes scrapped nearly a decade ago. Judging from the comments. Half if not more of the community hates polygon. Honestly if dislike enough to bring down major movie studios and mainstream media videos. They might as well remove all comments. People will be making comments just to voice dislikes. If anything removing public dislike will makes worse for corporations.
>>95943 I just wonder if these idiots actually think they would change the mind of racists with this, or that they will be able to suppress them when the world gets past the boiling point.
Battlefield 2042 Season 1 Won't Start Until 2022, Will Add Battle Pass, New Specialist, And More >A preseason will begin at launch, but players have to wait until 2022 for the first battle pass and new Specialist. >With Battlefield 2042's release coming up very soon, DICE has shed more light on what to expect in terms of post-launch support. >The game will have four seasons of post-launch content in its first year of live service, and fans can expect details for the first season to come in 2022. >Some might have been expecting this information sooner, but a new blog post confirms that the information will be announced "early" in 2022. So at launch, players will be taking part in a "preseason" instead of a proper Season 1. In the preseason, players will find weekly missions and rewards, as well as limited-time modes, and curated content from Battlefield Portal, DICE said. >When Season 1 does arrive, it will add a new Specialist, the Battle Pass, more Portal content, and "maybe even some new sights to see," DICE teased. >"Launch is only the beginning," DICE said. "We're taking a new approach to live service with not only a commitment to new content, but a goal of enhancing the Battlefield experience through seasons that will continue to evolve the world of Battlefield 2042." >Battlefield 2042's first year of live service will include four seasons, four battle passes, four new Specialists, and "new locations" to explore. Battlefield Portal will get its own set of separate live-service updates over time as well, DICE said. Battlefield 2042 launches on November 12 for people who buy the Gold or Ultimate edition of the military shooter, while a 10-hour trial of the full game arrives that day for Game Pass members. >The official release date for Battlefield 2042 is November 19. For more, check out GameSpot's guide to find out exactly when Battlefield 2042 unlocks. https://archive.ph/OtnaL Call of Duty: Vanguard players are glitching their way to the most exclusive gun camouflage >It’s officially Call of Duty season, and players are already pushing their way through Call of Duty: Vanguard’s online multiplayer to unlock weapon camos — proving they’re the best and most dedicated fans. The Atomic camo is particularly hard to get (and cool-looking), requiring players to unlock Diamond camo on all weapon classes. But some players are cheating their way into the reward. >Nanikos, a Call of Duty leaker and data miner on Twitter, tweeted a picture of themselves using the camo and then a follow-up on how to activate it. The video just shows Nanikos click the “none” camo box multiple times until it eventually appears on the weapon. >This glitch shouldn’t be replicated, as it’s clearly unintended, and as Call of Duty blog CharlieIntel calls out, it could potentially result in punishment by Activision. >The Atomic camo is a rainbow of neon colors, making it very noticeable — which is probably what you want, for a camo that includes this much grind. But it’s also part of what makes this glitch so disappointing for fans, as it’s a major aspiration that will take many players weeks, if not months, to earn legitimately. Activision and Sledgehammer games will likely patch the exploit in a few days or weeks, which will almost certainly remove the camo from players who unlocked it via this glitch. https://archive.ph/q3QAq

>>95639 Strategy games just don't scratch the itch I have. Plus they tend to go full jew-mode with short, repetitive campaigns that don't let you play as all the races which I really dislike.
>>95950 Age of Empires lets you play as all the races, as there is only one race: the human race.
>>95951 Nerf humans.
>>95949 >>95947 Apart of me hopes lowtax faking his death for trolling or stay low. Sounds like something he and same Hyde would do.

>>95919 fandom.com turned into such a steaming pile of shit in the past few years >be wikia, host dedicated wikis for isolated communities >start fandom.com in 2016, site for culture vultures >AOL CEO (((Jon Miller))) buys wikia in 2018 >buy up a bunch of other shit including Curse's Gamepedia, a usually higher quality wiki with a much more functional design that even has a useful, topical sidebar >force everything to the fandom domain >one or two years ago make it impossible to see full-size images without their shitty JS UI just so they can get more search engine hits >clicking an image leads to the page you're already on >users have to manually fix it by adding a link to the URL of the image file >at some point lossily recompress all images as .webp; make the unaltered source files fully unavailable >move over content and then kill off gamepedia at the beginning of this year in the name of search engine optimization >make the site design even shittier in the last few months and add an unchangeable yellow sidebar solely for shilling other wikis on the site >said some shit about how it's better for the brand if they keep their users wandering the sitte instead of giving them the information they need >now they're sanitizing it by removing wikis that aren't child friendly And it looks like the current Chief of Marketing is called Stephanie (((Fried))). What a coincidence. I sincerely hope they burn down.
>>95955 Not to mention it's one of those uber gay Web 3.0 sites that constantly shoves shit in your face when you just want to look up something tiny. Here's a video on autoplay telling you all about Marvel's Gay Niggers from Outer Space, you want to search a term? Here's a shitty popup search bar. What's that, you have most javascript elements disabled? Lmao have fun browsing our broken website I swear for how much shit people give early websites and neocities for not looking all sleek and modern I'd take their usability and speed over any number of these utterly cancerous sites that constantly autoplay and pop stuff out in your face and lock off functionality until you register and add in a mobile number for verification and and and and
>>95956 Oh yeah, as unusable as the site is without javascript, it's somehow even worse with it enabled. I'd forgotten about the autoplay bullshit, but it's absolutely terrible. >sleek and modern Yeah, web 3.0 is cancer as a whole. Half of it is companies jewing for more money. The rest is mobile friendliness (simplifying by gutting core features when most big sites already have standalone clients) and hack webdevs who can't do the simplest website without the javashit meme of the month framework.
>>95955 This reminds me of the shitty things forum owners did at the end of the Web2.0 era like preventing non-registered users from seeing off-site linked images (they weren't even hosting the image themselves, so they can't even claim people coming in from a search are somehow "stealing bandwidth" by looking at an image) to try to blackmail random people into registering to just read something like a FAQ or walkthorugh.
(3.32 MB 406x720 OH MY FUCKING GOD YO.webm)

>>95955 So that's why the wiki for Path of Exile is always broken. I constantly thought to myself "there is no way lookup and a few simple tables is so incredibly complex that an update breaks half the site". >>95957 >Oh yeah, as unusable as the site is without javascript, it's somehow even worse with it enabled. This applies to most sites. I constantly get asked by people why nothing works on my PC and the reason is always the same: because I don't want it to work.

>>95946 A shame those copypasted Korean FPSs with cute girls in skimpy "milsim" outfits aren't as popular as normalfag games like Battlefield.
>>95959 When there's a broken image link, copy the URL of the image and shave off the /revision/latest/scale-to-width-down/ and everything after it. You won't get the source file because they only serve .webpoo now, but at least you can get full size pictures that way.
BAKER?
>>95965 It's not even about pictures in the case of the wiki, in that case it is functionality being broken for no reason. The most complicated thing is hovering over a link to an item and then having a picture with its stats show up. And that works fairly well all of the time. The actual lookup is pretty much perfect but then the actual pages themselves break while the lookup functionality remains intact except for that broken page.
>>95966 Not even close to time.
>>95968 Aren't we basically 1 post away from 700?
>>95969 Weird. I swore it said 589 or something.
>>95955 >one or two years ago make it impossible to see full-size images without their shitty JS UI just so they can get more search engine hits >clicking an image leads to the page you're already on That pisses me off proper.

>>95495 Why the hell do they feel the need to do this? Why not just play actual anime movies at the theater instead? Are they that afraid that watching is too uncool for them or something?
