I just got the Penimaster Pro (Rod system). Ordered a basic pump that does water and air.
Getting collagen next. Adding L-arginine. Increasing vitamins and protein.
Starting erect length: 5 inches (delta of .25 inches either + or -)
Starting erect girth: Haven't measured
Bone pressed length: 5.75 inches (delta of .15 inches either + or -)
Staring flaccid length: 1.75 inches (delta of .25 inches either + or -)
Will get girth tomorrow
I'm about 80 pounds overweight, working on fixing this. Will post results.
Plan:
Use traction device 5 days a week, 6 hours (4 hours on, break, 2 hours on), moderate pulling
Use pump twice a week (weekends, 10 minute session, add extra collagen and l-arginine 1 hour before hand), moderate vacuum
Intake collagen (for skin/tissue) and vitamins (zinc) and l-arginine (blood flow) and protein (muscle mass, mainly for everything else)
Lose 80 pounds
Begin cardio
Begin lifting
Can't say what the pump pressure will be but I'm going to try not to max it out and might even only do 5 minutes. Pump won't be here for a while so I might have to get something else.
My goals:
Probable: 6 inches of girthy erection (not bone pressed), permanent results after 1 - 2 years
Ideal: 6.5 inches of girthy erection (not bone pressed), permanent results after 2+ years
Dream: 7 inches of girthy erection (not bone pressed), permanent results after 5 years
I expect to need to use the traction device once or twice a week for the first year after I hit my goal, maybe less or more.
