o one thing i forgot: when it comes to cleaning if you didn't know the human body has 2 sphincters. cleaning the 'entry' is really easy' cleaning past it may take a few passes. and personally i use about 150ml liquid volume ymmv. don't use the liquid that comes in enema bottles like fleet. its ok to empty those out and use the douche itself but the liquid that comes in 1 use enemas is a laxative -- you don't want that.
