Huuuuuge longshot, but does anyone have a MLP fanfic titled "Pipsy"? It used to be on Fimfiction, pic related was the cover art, it was about Luna adopting an orphaned Pipsqueak and using magic to sissify and mentally break/regress him against his will. IIRC, the first chapter had good stuff like sleep messing and forced orgasms, but the second chapter made the baffling decision to ruin it by turning it into an awful revenge gorefest, almost as if the author got their account stolen and vandalized.
