On the subject of captions do any dislike the ones that are essentially stories? Don't get me wrong I commend the effort but I feel a caption should be maybe a small paragraph at most, not a whole wall of text to get to the point. Probably just different tastes but how I do feel.

>>45856 I think that it's hard for a caption to be good if it's just a short paragraph. There's only so much you can do with a few sentences that prevents them becoming generic slop. I think of captions more as a easy way to tell a short story that doesn't need to be super fleshed out. It's a good way to write out an arousing scenario you thought of with without needing to spend a lot of time writing up a bunch of back-story, world-building, or characters. Images are also a good format for sharing them, as they're easy to save/spread and attractive images helps catch people's eye and get them interested.
