peeing easily Baby 07/03/2024 (Wed) 00:51:11 No. 38253
So whenever I go to the bathroom to pee I have realized that either of two things happen. >I have to force the pee out of me >I relax, take a deep breath and wait for the pee to just come out The later one is the best option, and what I go for if I'm not on a hurry, it's really satisfying and relaxing to just feel the pee coming out of you while your body is kind of limp. This is precisely why it's so frustrating that whenever I try to do this very same thing on a diaper my body refuses to cooperate. I always come awfully close, like on the verge of happening, but at the last moment my dick gets blocked and nothing comes out, so I always have to force it which kinds of kills the moment because I just want to relax and let myself go. It's there a way to achieve this? I'm not asking to be incontinent, but to be able to release on command without having to push it. I've come to think that perhaps the reason why I can't release it it's because I start to get aroused when I try to do this in a diaper, but I'm not entirely sure.
>>38253 Sounds like your issue is with a mental block. Here's a trick I taught myself to overcome this: Step 1: Drink plenty of fluids Step 2: Put on diaper Step 3: Stand in shower Step 4: Relax your body as much as possible Step 5: Count to 100 in your head as fast as possible. Your inner monologue should be focused on pronouncing each syllable of the number while still counting upwards as fast as you can. Step 6: Don't force the pee, just let it happen Step 7: DO NOT STOP COUNTING! Even when you feel the pee coming out, keep counting.
I got 20 years pee practice on ya. That's the answer, Practice.
>>38259 practice, repetition, routine, body conditioning, try to spend in diapers and wetting diapers as much times as you can.
>>38254 Does this work for peeing while laying down too? Unlike OP, I can pee just fine in my diaper but only while sitting up, standing, kneeling, etc.
Do mental math in your head
You gotta chill dude :) Do you suffer from anxiety? I used to have the same issue when I was younger and anxious all the time.
Patience, persistance and practice. You can't expect to change subconsiscous habits instantly. Try standing or sitting on the toilet, trying to fool your mind into peeing normally. Try imagining that relaxing your muscles is like opening valves in your body to let the pee out. If you simply can't get to a relaxed state, pee a little and remember how your muscled feel when peeing, then try to obtain that same feeling while relaxing again. I always had trouble wetting while laying down, having to push instead being able to let it flow on it's own, but with repetition and practice I now can pee while laying down.
>>38264 You can learn to relax your bladder muscles. if you pee whenever you have the smallest need, it'll get easier. I can pee in any position, I can even wet my diaper while walking, but I'm so used to not holding it when I have a diaper on that, if I already have to go when I get diapered up, I need to hold my junk or I'll start pissing before it gets fully on. it's impacted my non-diapered bladder only slightly, I do have to use the toilet a little more often but well worth it.
>>38264 My method is just to get OP started into wetting. The point is to just distract your brain and relax your body. I also used to have trouble wetting while laying down, but that has more to do with the fact that I used to be worried that I would leak and ruin my mattress and I don't get the chance to sleep while padded very often. >>38269 has good advice. But to take that advice even further, you should try to relax your whole body as well. Try taking a long hot shower or bath first, then diaper up and lay in bed reading a book while drinking some hot tea. Then when you feel the need to pee, just relax your bladder as you continue reading.
Look into how breathing works as a human, it's got more depth than the layman would think...
I had trained myself to let go in any position but I recently got put in chastity full time and it feels different trying to relax like that. I can't let go laying down with the cage on yet, it just takes practice, luckily I'm getting that 24/7.
thanks for your advices babies. I ended up getting some results after all, but it took me some weird steps. >put on a diaper >get on bed >start listening to some hypno >can't get into it too much because I'm too focused on my pee >despite how much I'm trying to relax I can't do it >end up standing up and try to do it like that >manage to pee a little, but not too much >go to the bathroom kind of defeated >try it again listening to other audio >this time I pay attention and get into little space >make it to a point in which I'm about to burst >takes me some minimal effort to start peeing myself >feels amazing, even better since I'm little space >pee myself some more >feels good, but it takes me more than just minimal effort. Still, the sensation of being so close to incontinence is amazing >cant' take it anymore and start touching myself >come pretty fast. Not as good as what I felt when I peed myself though It's the first time I have peed myself so easily. I think the key was in getting into little space. I felt as if it kind of took away a lot of the subconscious worries and concerns about peeing myself, and it allowed me to relax and let go.
