>tl;dr: New event is 2-3x more generous with arti tix, gems and targeted tix are more reliable. Also reposted because of a formula mistake.
Alright, I did some rough math and comparison with previous versions of the events for artifact tickets and boxes only:
>Box event (3 weeks):
- 0x refresh = avg. 15.1 boxes. 4 arti tix jackpots (160 tickets) and 4 soul boxes;
- 1x refresh = avg. 20.3 boxes, 6 arti tix jackpots (240 tickets) and 7 soul boxes;
- 2x refresh = avg. 25.4 boxes, 9 arti tix jackpots (360 tickets) and 9 soul boxes;
>Box event (2 week rerun):
- 0x refresh = avg. 10 boxes, 2 arti tix jackpots (80 tickets) and 3 soul boxes;
- 1x refresh = avg. 13.4 boxes, 4 arti tix jackpots (160 tickets) and 4 soul boxes;
- 2x refresh = avg. 16.8 boxes, 5 arti tix jackpots (200 tickets) and 5 soul boxes;
_Best imaginable scenario in box gacha is when you get 4 more arti tix from each repeating box. That means with 1x refresh you get a maximum average of 80 more tickets on a 3 week event or 53 tickets on a rerun;_
>Rose roulette:
- 1 Pick-up Soul + 4 soul boxes guaranteed;
- 0x refresh was 70 guaranteed, 50 extra on average from the roulette itself for a total of 120;
- Full whale with all shop purchases and extra tries could get 430 arti tickets from track + 134 average from roulette for a total of 564;
>Honglan roulette:
- 1 Pick-up Soul + 4 soul boxes guaranteed;
- 0x refresh* was 110 guaranteed, 56 extra tickets on average (166);
- 1x refresh was 170 guaranteed, 72 extra tickets on average (242), 14.4 gems per ticket;
- 2x refresh was 250 guaranteed, 90 extra tickets on average (340), 28.5 gems per ticket;
- 3x refresh was 310 guaranteed, 106 extra tickets on average (416), 42 gems per ticket;
- Full whale was 530 guaranteed, 156 extra tickets on average (686), 42 gems per ticket + empty wallet;
>Jiho dice game:
- 1 Pick-up Soul + 4 soul boxes guaranteed;
See attached image. What the fuck were they thinking balancing it like this? On top of that gems don't suffer from RNG anymore and you get a lot more targeted tickets as well I believe.
