But that doesn't matter unless you're only playing with ritualists, the one that's going to actually be doing damage is the operator who's job is actually dealing the damage and not building the bar, so the damage mostly depends on them. It just so happens right now that Logos and Nymph just deal a lot of damage, but with two more elements coming up I doubt it's gonna stay like that forever.

How does that matter? They all do elemental to enemies, only the enemies have true/phys/arts.

Are you basing this off of the enemies damage amount? That really doesn't matter, if the stats were comparable ops burn would be dealing way more damage right now. They can change that however, corrosion especially will get a larger buff.

There's two different elemental resistance stats in the game, yeah the one that enemies just started getting is for build up, but eventually the enemies will get the other one too

It's role compression, you can debuff to support and deal damage and debuffs stack too
