lol. okay so once again im stuck at 86% download. When I had the issue i tried changing the path, and when it worked it was back to the original C:/YostarGames/hbr. Now it's downloading to the previous path for no reason, and I can't change file path in the installer now. So I've got 2 copies of HBR but it doesn't want to download after 86%. What is this bullshit saga. I think id have to get another email to do the vpn thing again. So fucking stupid Im just doing dailies on phone for now.

You need multihit, Seika crit, Mari field, and you definitely need Aoi or Tama/Muua. Seira is the first girl that gets replaced in my ice team if I need to run 2 healers. I would not recommend pulling specifically for her you will be underwhelmed. She does nothing but spend 18SP on a small ice buff then nothing else.
