>Don't require education, skill or experience
I can't think of any job that requires all those things. However, you only need to have a masters in education to teach in an official school, so if you know something parents want their children to learn you can offer group and one-on-one lessons. Music and computers are good choices for this. You could also just babysit part time if you have unusual hours at your primary job, ideally for someone who already knows you. If you know how to swim, you could work at a pool.
But realistically, no matter what you want to do or how legal it is you need money, basic social skills, and knowledge. That means you need an income, which for most people is job or at the very least ownership of some property you rent out; You need to have at least a little bit of charisma, and you don't need to be exceptionally attractive but you at least need to be properly groomed and have a decent reputation, and you need to be educated.
Would you trust an uneducated, greasy and smelly goblin? What about a college graduate with an ironed shirt and clean shaven face with a bright smile and a glowing recommendation from someone in a position of authority? What do you think most people will choose? Nothing worth it is easy or cheap, anon. Work hard, its achievable.
