Theory: Better health/circulation = better erection. Stretching the penis over time = new cells/tissue = larger penis. Better nutrients = better sperm. For better erections (might make it a little girthier/longer because better blood flow, will definitely make it look bigger if you're overweight - technically size stays the same but if your dick is harder with better blood flow, it will feel girthier and look bigger (but it's really not)). I just got the Penimaster Pro (Rod system). Ordered a basic pump that does water and air. Getting collagen next. Adding L-arginine. Increasing vitamins and protein. Starting erect length: 5 inches (delta of .25 inches either + or -) Starting erect girth: Haven't measured Bone pressed length: 5.75 inches (delta of .15 inches either + or -) Staring flaccid length: 1.75 inches (delta of .25 inches either + or -) Will get girth tomorrow I'm about 80 pounds overweight, working on fixing this. Will post results. Plan: Use traction device 5 days a week, 6 hours (4 hours on, break, 2 hours on), moderate pulling Use pump twice a week (weekends, 10 minute session, add extra collagen and l-arginine 1 hour before hand), moderate vacuum Intake collagen (for skin/tissue) and vitamins (zinc) and l-arginine (blood flow) and protein (muscle mass, mainly for everything else)

This should help you improve your credit score, but it may not. Let's go over some stuff. Theory: Better credit = easier to obtain loans with less interest. You don't -need- credit but it's helpful. It's good to have. 680+ is pretty okay. 720+ is good. Some basics: 1. Make an account on Credit Karma. This will give you some idea of where you're at. 2. Make an account on each credit reporting website (TransUnion, Equifax, Experian). This will give you better insight. Experian uses FICO, TransUnion and Equifax do not. 3. Only apply for new credit every 3 months at the most. 6 months to 1 year is better. If your credit is bad: 1. Open a secured loan. Examples: Self, SeedFi. Pay it on time. Do not do this if you don't think you can pay it. 2. Open a secured credit card. You do NOT have to use it to improve your score. A small limit is fine. 3. NEVER GO ABOVE 90% OF YOUR LIMIT. You should stay below 30% if you can.
