There are three tickle scenes from a French tv show called Pas de pitié pour les croissants. From what I understand the producer of the show most likely had a foot and tickling fetish and these scenes from each of those three episodes proves it. From episode of 114 (or 106 depending on the platform) of German cop show Niedrig und Kuhnt. As far as I know from TMF the episode is about a serial killer who is obsessed with medieval torture method, and the episode opens with goat tickle torture. It apparently has only one tickling scene at the beginning of the episode, and the woman later found dead.

In this challenge, the contestants were to paint on the soles of the models' feet. The body paint models are literal professionals when it comes to sitting still, so their feet don't twitch much, but they just can't stop giggling, and even say outright that it tickles horribly. I thought this was a pretty cute scene.
