If the Launch button is grayed out click the Validate button next to it. /coxg/ adds several new power sets (Telekinetic Assault, Water Control, Holy Light) as well as improvements to old ones (e.g. Mastermind's Henchman upgrades are passive/automatic rather than manual and Henchmen can be customized).
