Recently Alice has returned from the hospital but has been diagnosed with heart failure and may need a heart transplant in the future. To make it worse, her living conditions in her household are not stable and she's wants & needs to leave the household. She's currently on a diet to keep their heart pumping. This concerned me greatly and I want to do all that I can do to help her.
