I refuse to believe it hasn't happened at least once in the history of the world. To be a fly on the wall in that particular house would certainly be interesting.

Unfortunately I think the reality is that looking after babies is considered to be a fairly traumatic and difficult time for most mothers they would rather not repeat. This is an inconvenient part of the ABDL fantasy, and also why it tends to disgust normies on quite a visceral level.
