I have been 24/7 for 2 years from may 2020. Never looked back. I spend between $250-$500 a month on diapers. at least 4 a day if im cheap 6 if im looking after my health. I became diaper dependent after a lot of training. I did reverse kegels, practiced keeping my bladder open, set and alarm on my watch for every 15 minutes to remind myself to pee. waking up 4 times a night to force myself to pee because my body wasnt use to letting go. .I played it off as a medical episode to my immediate family 2 of whom are MD's. Let me tell you its not as hard as you think to fake it until you make it. best part is if you wait until 8 or 12 months after starting diaper training you can just say you were embarrassed by the issue and didnt want to talk about it most people don't see a urologist for 2 years after having the first accident and normally not until after they are using incontinence products daily. I work as an engineer, office job with field work, i wear diapers every day to work you can hear Tykables waddlers is my hit right now. I know my co workers can hear them, and smell the baby powder or even better i still wear millennial style pants (skinny) after 3 or 4 hours in 1 diaper the swelling is unmistakable. its the rush and thrill of knowing that at night im 100% baby, yet during the day looking like any other young working professional who can do very adult things is actually peeing his pants as he speaks to you because the potty was too hard.

I did 24/7 for about 18 months while I was in a long distance relationship so my partner wouldn't notice. I lived with a female flatmate, cute artsy type. There was no lock on the bathroom door so she came in a couple of times while I was brushing my teeth in a diaper and t-shirt. She must have seen or noticed me wearing around the flat I think though she never said anything. I wore to work every day and just tried to be as discrete as I could.
