size 8 baby diapers Baby 02/07/2023 (Tue) 06:33:46 No. 22471
ignoring incontinent kids, do kids really wear and use size 8 diapers even after being potty trained? do they like it?
You are either profoundly retarded and out of touch with basic facts about how the world works, or you are asking for people to play along with some autistic make-believe fantasy of yours. The answer, though? Probably a few burgeoning AB/DLs, in secret.
>>22472 oops. probably should have included "some kids" instead of just "kids" huh whatever stops the fire
>>22473 Probably should have asked in another thread instead of making one just for that

It's just an opportunity for lazy and neglectful parents to be even lazier and more neglectful.
>>22505 This, there's almost a direct correlation between parental investment and quick potty training. Growing up in a shithole there were plenty of kids who were running around wearing a shirt and dirty diaper who would be able to flawlessly swear at me in near perfect English. Some people should just be castrated before they have the chance to neglect children
Consider the possibility kids are just getting fatter.
>>22471 I'm wondering do kids like these new extended rear-facing car seats. Like this one from Besafe which is meant to be used from birth to 7 years old https://www.besafe.com/en/stretch-rear-facing-car-seat-from-baby-to-seven-years/
>>22678 I imagine most 7 year olds would be mortified to be dropped off at school in that. But a couple of percent might secretly enjoy it.

>>22678 As a former paramedic and now A&E nurse at a pediatric hospital this seat is banging. I love the idea. Their website showing the seat in use in the front is a right mess though. The airbag goes off and that kids face will be splattered into roof of the car. We have had bigger nappies for kids for a while here and there have been stories for ten or fifteen years of more and more kids going to primary school with no clue how to use the loo. Primary teachers have been complaining about their grade 1 or older kids still in nappies. We see it in A&E too. Mostly kids with development issues but often enough a kid has no development issues. Kind of makes me laugh when I see a ten year old getting up to get a clean nappy from their bag and saying, 'mummy, I need a clean nappy'. Same issue with kids using dummies or bottles into primary school years. A few news headlines from nine or ten years ago. It is much worse now. Some of those kids are still in nappies and I've seen teens in A&E who have no idea how to go to the loo themselves.
>>22692 Japan also has an unusually high demand of diapers for older children (not just elderly due to greying population) from their work culture giving less time for child care and it's partly to blame for older kids in diapers in other countries. It's a combination of lazy, neglectful, overworked, and paranoid parents. Developmental issues in kids due to neglect and isolation are going to get worse before it gets better probably. There's been some preliminary research that just isolation of young children in the past three years due to the pandemic is causing issues with them hitting normal milestones and social behavior. This is on top of Western overprotectiveness of kids that has been happening in the past few decades. I get the loli/shota and teen fantasies people have with ABDL and there's nothing wrong with pure fantasy, but real kids and teens actually going through the the sort of coddling or discipline seen in certain ABDL stories would just give them mental health problems.
>>22683 >I imagine most 7 year olds would be mortified to be dropped off at school in that. I agree. I'm the one who posted the link and while I'm kinda "jealous" to those elementary schoolers who have to sit in a car seat like that, same time I feel sorry for them. I mean, if I had children, I would never use one for my 7 years old child (unless they wanted). I think it's just outright humiliating compared to the very small risk getting injured inside car (versus for example just walking outdoors) and being overprotective and bullying backfires severely later. >>22698 Where I live, government wasn't so crazy with those lockdowns and whatnot so basically it didn't affect young children at all but adult students were remote schooling and it was pretty though even to them. I can just imagine how bad it could be to young children development. Talking about bad parenting, another thing which makes me very sad is seeing a toddler given a smart phone or tablet. They can barely even talk but already addicted to their phone :(
>>22692 >We have had bigger nappies for kids for a while and what do those diapers look like? Who manufactures them?
>>22702 Northshore is one. They sell ABDL diapers but they started as a medical incontinence supply company. They even acknowledged that feedback from ABDL customers helped them improve their non-fetish products IIRC and have diapers for ABDLs, but they are brand for disability and age related incontinence first and that is their main market and focus. For their older kid stuff with designs expected of ABDL products it's mainly intended for autistic, mentally retarded, or physically disabled kids not normal kids that parents are too neglectful to toilet train.
Don't forget heavy bedwetter kids. My niece is 6 and it seems like she wet a lot and leak through drynites so tape diapers size 8 is basically the only solution.
>>22713 >>22702 Tranquility also has their youth line or whatever which from what I’ve seen is identical to their adult slimline or ATNs, just sized much smaller.
>>22702 Pampers 7, pampers 8, easy-ups 5t-6t and so on. However, many people have noticed that baby diaper sizes have also shrinken over thr time or new sizes are just inch or two longer but otherwise identical to smaller sizes so they can ask more money for new "bigger" sizes. And anyways, there have always been bedwetting pants like goodnites and medical youth / xs diapers for older kids.

>>22702 What >>22719 said. We have nappies by Pampers and Tesco made for older kids. Though the sizes changed sizes some, Pampers 8 and Tesco Junior easily fit a 4 stone child. That's about 8 to 10 years old depending on their fitness.
>>22713 >>22715 >>22719 >>22724 Ah, so normal incontinence diapers on smaller sizes or normal baby diapers on bigger sizes. You won't notice them unless you're looking for them.
>>22692 This is a nice fantasy, but I don't believe it reflects reality at all. 1600 across the whole country would be a rate of far less than 1% which is in line with what I'd expect for childhood incontinence and probably lower than the incidence of ABDL. The same goes for the figure of 24 kids across 18 schools. And don't get me started on the anecdote of a single 11 year old wetting the bed. Not that I expect much journalistic integrity from the British media. Even the BBC are sociopathic liars 99% of the time. You should also know that cars normally come with a switch for disabling the front passenger airbag for precisely that reason.
>>22760 >You won't notice them I mean the kid on the package is big as fuck
>>22719 Unrelated, but I love the designs of the MLP Easy-Ups. It's just a shame that they have zero stretch to them. I can fit into 4t-5t Pull-Ups just fine, but can't with 4t-5t Easy-Ups.
>>22774 >8-12 years >day and night IMAGINE
>>22698 >Japan also has an unusually high demand of diapers for older children (not just elderly due to greying population) from their work culture giving less time for child care and it's partly to blame for older kids in diapers in other countries. It's a combination of lazy, neglectful, overworked, and paranoid parents. In Japan? Source?
>>22763 >This is a nice fantasy, but I don't believe it reflects reality at all. Try working in A&E for a week and tell me the same thing. As to airbag switches I haven't seen one on a UK auto in years. Come to think of it, the hired car on my last holiday in EU didn't have it either.
>>22774 >8-12 years >packaging shows a picture of a child that looks like she's like 3-4, tops When will these companies just make adult-sized products with identical patterns and designs already? I know they don't want to be associated with an adult fetish thing but man they'd sell a lot, even if it would be all the difficulty of breaking into a new market. >>22763 >>22692 >anecdote of a single 11 year old wetting the bed. That poor kid. I mean sometimes it just happens. >As a former paramedic and now A&E nurse at a pediatric hospital this seat is banging. I love the idea. Parenthood is not in sight, but it is a life goal of mine, and you single-handedly just sold me on these seats in a single line. That is one of the most terrifying and best endorsements I've ever heard for a safety product.
>>22809 >When will these companies just make adult-sized products with identical patterns and designs already? Agreed. I'd love to buy something which looked identical to real diapers marketed for toddlers, even down to the choice of stock photos used on the packaging. I guess that's not really possible for anything even tangentially associated with fetishes in the current cultural climate though.
>>22809 >>22816 That's why I use chatbots to live out fantasy worlds where it's a thing.
>>22809 Well, at least the kid on the package have food stains wiped off from her face :)
>>22840 You glow so hard I saw you from Australia.
>>22698 really? how do you know?
>>24662 >how do you know that going through incontinence and missing normal social milestones would lead to mental issues? Do you think before you ask questions?
>>26281 Do you think before replying to month and a half old posts?
So apparently pampers swaddler size 8 fits 32in waist.
>>22471 I literally always wanted to wear diapers. It's one of my earliest memories and my parents had to actively monitor my little brother's diaper supply to make sure I wasn't sneaking them. Diapers are fucking amazing, so why would it be out of the question for children to enjoy them?
>>22719 >>22724 Back when I was in my mid teens and too much of a pansy to just buy the real deal (Which is good because I got rumbled a few times and the baby ones had far better deniability) I tried these and they never fit. Easy-Ups's old design was stretchy enough to kinda fit (Although you'd usually need to staple or duct tape it) and Pull-Ups were similar I tried the newer Easy-Ups (Now called Nappy Pants) fit once and it just couldn't take me. This is actually giving me nostalgia for the days of Dora the Explorer easy-ups (They had dinosaurs on them long before any of the adult brands cottoned on) and glow in the dark Cars 2 pull-ups. There were also way too small Bob the Builder (The good original design) Easy-Ups and Thomas the Tank Engine Pull-Ups. I remember getting advice that the girl Pull-Ups were better because the absorbency zone was better positioned for pointing your pingas down. Still wish I'd tried Cool Alert but I don't even think they got released in this country.
>>26318 Got my hopes up and bought some. If this is true, it's only if your thighs are sticks. Not for folks who used to be fat
>>22692 >Kind of makes me laugh when I see a ten year old getting up to get a clean nappy from their bag and saying, 'mummy, I need a clean nappy'. How often do you see this kind of thing? Is the kid sick or injured or otherwise just super stressed or something and they are just temporarily wearing diapers? Also, for a non-brit, what does A&E stand for?
>>29794 A&E = Accident and Emergency, the US equivalent is Urgent Care.
>>29799 Ah, thanks! What about the rest though? Like I assume that if a kid (or even adult) is really sick or hurt bad enough that diapers would be an option in some cases, whether its because they can't get up on their own or just temporary loss of control or something. Is that the kind of stuff that gets seen a lot? Or is it like 10 year olds with no real medical justification still wearing diapers for some reason? Like, why? And how common is this really?
wish theyd make em bigger
