She laughs when Fifi Belle pulls the dirty nappy between Pansy's legs to pin it into place. Then the two other stinking wet nappies previously worn by Fifi Belle are pinned into place. Only then one by one does Fifi Belle pin twelve clean nappies onto baby Pansy. All the time Pansy’s Mama just scorns her, derides her, jeers her, and belittles her, a truly pathetic sissy baby.
