Old Thread Not Bumping >>29801
Pony Diffusion
The easiest way to get started generating locally is a project called Fooocus. It hides a lot of features behind screens so that it's quick to get it downloaded and running good images quickly. You can explore the advanced features as you go. You need an nvidia graphics card for the smoothest introduction. I started with a GTX 1070 and it was fine. Fooocus does well with lower vram cards. It'll download models from Huggingface which has a notoriously bad connection chance. If you get errors, it's probably just a bad connection, so keep trying or download models directly from huggingface or civitai. Checkpoints are the base models. Loras are additional finetuning that can be used with a checkpoint. Most checkpoints don't generate diapers well without a Lora. Put any downloaded models in the models/checkpoint folder or the models/lora folder. Fooocus by default augments the prompts to get better images. Under advanced options you can turn this off or leverage it for specific styles. You'll also find where you can switch the model and the loras used under the advanced menu. SDXL and SD1.5 are the 2 things to pay attention to when downloading new models or loras. SDXL is the newer option with 1024x1024 resolution and SD1.5 is the older one with 512x512 resolution. You can't usually mix and match, so for a clean Fooocus install, make sure to get SDXL models. You can use the filters on civitai to narrow down the options to just SDXL checkpoints and loras. If you see select a word in a prompt and press ctrl+up it will add weight to that word or words. There's a negative prompt which you can use to put things you do not want to appear, like bad lighting or low quality.

I posted these on the last thread but since it is dead. I been working on ABU's King diaper. I got it to be way more versatile from the start, but I can't get fine details reliably. Also I'm still figuring out Prodigy optimiser. Another thing (not visible on the example pictures I put here) is that it struggles with scale. Since the dataset is adult (mainly men), the diaper doesn't always scale proportionally to different body types. I test it from like a child to adult and elderly, fat and thin body types, realistic and anime. And it is always the "standard adult" body which has it the best... Makes sense since the training dataset is adult men and the ABDL community is very much into the "supersized diaper" it is hard to find good pictures. I need the poses and angles to be clean and simple or you just get monstrosities.
The new pony checkpoints are crazy, some of the photorealistic ones are amazing; they are as flexible as pony prompting but can look quite good. Here are some gens i did of a specific scenario with a lot of help from a lora on civitai, Although its really easy to make almost whatever you want. I like chubby girls but made some where they are skinnier as i thought this board might prefer that. Many of these have obvious imperfections but this is without any inpainting or anything, they just came out like this. I encourage you to try this yourself if you have some money to pay for a service and post more here, there is no longer need to train loras i think. Some checkpoints like this one seem to work great even with anime loras if you turn them down a lot. I used realpony cute_jp, "Diaper Change | BDSM | ABDL | SDXL PONY" lora on civitai (this thing should really be archived somewhere other than civitai before they do a purge of all their unpalatable content, its crazy good), pdxl embeddings, and an extension called sd-forge-couple (only on forge). You basically need sd-forge-couple or regional prompter to do any scenario with more than one person, and sd-forge-couple is better. Here was my prompt. prompt: score_9, score_8_up, score_7_up, score_6_up, score_5_up, zPDXL, zPDXLxxx, (diaper change:1.3), (2girls, couple, duo,:1.1) <lora:diaperchange_SDXLPONY_r60_768_dim32-a1-adamW:0.4> (looking at each other:1.2) romantically, beautiful face, perfect eyes, 1girl, cute beautiful sexy (submissive:1.2) (japanese:1.1) girl, laying back on a (thick diaper:1.4), (wet diaper:1.3), (pee puddle,:1.2) (urination:1.2), (huge pee stream,:1.1) (pee stream coming from pussy:1.3), pubic hair, excessive pubic hair, blushing, embarrassed, ashamed, thumbsucker, thumbsucking, hand on mouth, pink maid outfit, pink thighhighs, skindentation, huge breasts, (blonde:1.1), (buttplug, anal toy,:1.1) (dominant:1.3) milf motherly japanese woman with brown apron and jeans, (cruel smile:1.2), evil smirk, clothed, fingering her partner's pussy, explicit, dildo insertion, sex toy insertion, Negative prompt: zPDXL-neg, zPDXLxxx-neg, skinny, ribcage, source_furry, source_pony, source_cartoon, 3d, (looking at viewer,:1.3) underage, child, (plain background,:1.2) makeup, mascara, worst quality, low quality, normal quality, messy drawing, amateur drawing, lowres, bad anatomy, bad hands, comic, source filmmaker, 3d, Steps: 27, Sampler: DPM++ 2M Karras, CFG scale: 8, Seed: 3160048575, Size: 1280x1024, Model: realPony_cuteJpFixedNo03, VAE: xlVAEC_c91.safetensors, Clip skip: 2, forge_couple: True, forge_couple_separator: "\n", forge_couple_mode: Basic, forge_couple_direction: Horizontal, forge_couple_background: First Line, forge_couple_background_weight: 1,

I'm glad to see that you guys liked my previous batch, so I made a slightly modified version leaning a little bit more into the "hypnosis" factor. Btw if you have any request (within reason) I would like to try it out!
>>38176 My request is prompt info. Is it a custom lora?
>>38183 Nope, I just experiment with resources on Civitai
>>37927 drooling is a response to her brain turning to babymush due to the hypnosis tracks she's listening too, its as if you are actively witnessing someone being brainwashed/regressed down to absolute babyhood in front of you, and they are half acknowledging it and half too lost in diaperwetting pleasure to actually notice
>>38184 What model are you using for that?
>>38190 the main model is called "luminaverse", based on Pony xl. Then I use varios additional resources, mainly from the "Vixon's Pony styles" series

I wanted to see how well outpainting handles massive expanding outpainting. I started at 1024x1024 and just kept going until I got this.
Why do sissies have to be so prevalent and ruin so much stuff in this fetish? I found a DeviantArt with pretty good diaper-girl/bimbo AI art but every single thing they post is covered with sissy and feminization captions. Also, some of the images have male faces on bimbo bodies. Why can't people just make hot women in diapers in these scenarios?

Threw a bunch of upscaled diapergals images into kohya and I think it did a good job of replicating that late 90s early 00s diapergal charm.
>>38345 What are you using to inpaint? I recently switched to foocus because it seems to handle SDXL inpainting and I could never get that working in A1111. Besides that just make sure whatever checkpoint or lora you use can generate diapers well and you should be good.
>>38347 That era was so focused on photosets I feel like there should be plenty of trainign data so this is a great concept.

>>38345 These are amazing. Love seeing AOC diapered. I wish I knew how to do this type of stuff.
Added another 100 pics to my diapergals lora. I might go through and separate the pics into diaper types so the diapers aren't such a jumble.

Have been playing with krea ai AI upscalling to improve some old adultbabysource.com images (boy, that site had some great photosets...) How to use Inpaint to make a diaper edit of (almost) any image. There are probably many ways to do it, but I am going to be using Stable Diffusion with A1111 along with a few extensions. The exact steps I used to get the AOC edits plus others in this post. I am posting this on one condition, that you share your results! Also, once you have a successful output, you may become cursed. Don't say I didn't warn you. Setup = You will need to: - Have a decent enough graphics card (4GB Ram at least) - Install Stable Diffusion & A1111 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kqXpAKVQDNU) - Control Net Extension - (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gkkfdWukb5I) - Be sure to download the "diffusers_xl_depth_full.safetensors" ControlNet model (linked in video description) - Download and install a decent base model from CivitAI, make sure its for SDXL or Pony based (https://civitai.com/models?tag=base+model) - I recommend (https://civitai.com/models/140737/albedobase-xl) or (https://civitai.com/models/372465/pony-realism) - Download and install a diaper model from CivitAI. It must also be SDXL or Pony based. I recommend (https://civitai.com/models/352425/diaper-xl-lora) If you don't have a good enough computer / GPU, there is a cloud-based version you can use: https://www.thinkdiffusion.com/#your-way-automatic1111 Finding a Photo = Just find a picture of your subject standing, sitting or lying down and make sure their lower body is exposed (waist, legs, etc). Standing works the best. Also make sure they are not in some weird or odd pose. What they are wearing also matters. Any clothing that keeps the shape of the body is going to work best (panties, form fitting shorts or jeans, yoga pants, etc). Flowing or loose clothing such as dresses, wide skirts, baggy clothes aren't impossible, but just don't work as well. The higher resolution the photo the better, but you can still get something good from low-res. The Process = Open up a1111 and go to the "img2img" tab. From here, you'll see a "Generation" tab already selected, underneath this, go to "Inpaint" tab. This is where you will drop your image. Just drag and drop it here. Next, you'll now have the ability to paint / brush over the image. In the top right corner, you can click the icons to control the size of your paint brush and the color of your brush for better control over what you're doing. Paint over the portion of the image you want to change. If they are naked, wearing panties or shorts, just cover their waist. If they are wearing pants, cover their entire lower body. Try to stay as close to their body as you can while giving a little room for the "poofiness" of the diaper. See first two images I uploaded. After covering the area, scroll down the the settings. I attached a screenshot of what I use. Sampling method can stay default, but I normally switch to Euler a. Sampling steps should be 30. Press the measurement icon (triangle) to get the resolution of your uploaded image automatically (1440x1800 in this case). Increase batch count to get two outputs and choose the best one. Denoising strength should be 0.9 or above. The larger your output image, the more ram it'll use. If your graphics card is not up to par, I would recommend cutting your image output resolution in half. If I were to do this in my settings screenshot, I'd change the 1440 to 720, and 1800 would become 900 (720x900). Lastly, scroll down to Controlnet, refer to my settings screenshot. Click "Enable" checkbox, "Low Vram" checkbox (again if your graphics card isn't as strong, no noticeable affect on quality). Select "Depth", them make sure "diffusers_xl_depth_full" is selected. Lastly, we need our prompt. I normally use something like this: "female, standing, wearing a white diaper, lower body, exposed thighs, <lora:D077b:1>" That last part triggers the diaper model to activate. Change this prompt up based on your needs (sitting, lying down, etc) but don't over-do it.
[Expand Post]Once you're done, just press the big orange "Generate" button in the top right corner. Each time you generate, you will get different results in batches of 2, so keep going until you get an output you're satisfied with. Additional Notes = You will likely want to experiment with: Switching the "Inpaint Area" and trying "Only Masked" versus "Whole Area" Experiment with resolution when using "Only Masked" Turn off ControlNet and lower your denoising strength to see what outputs you get. If you are handling multiple subjects in a single photo, I've only tried inpainting their diapers one at a time. Switch your base model to see the different in styles So far, only Pony models handle wetting and pee stains There's a lot to this and you can find guides online about changing clothes with Stable Diffusion, this is just how I've done it. Good luck.
If you want slightly easier inpainting and setup with the downside of not being able to install add-ons checkout foocus. https://github.com/lllyasviel/Fooocus With foocus there are only 3 options for inpainting. Inpainting or outpainting, Improve Detail (face, hand, eyes, etc.), or Modify Content (add objects, change background, etc.). No need to mess with sampling, or denoising, or any of that BS. It just does it all for you. I'm sure I could probably change that but I haven't needed to. All 4 of these images were created with inpainting/outpainting and a custom lora I baked overnight on top of the juggernautxl checkpoint.

Anybody managed to get ai to do big diapers bulging under clothes. Big fan of the "girl tring to hide the beachball under her skirt" look.
>>38581 Sort of. My biggest issue was not having enough good quality images to train from so I can get diaper bulges under clothes but not to a comically huge level. If anyone has a handful of photos of super big diaper bulges I'd give training another go though.

>>38607 Thanks, had to do the wetting animation myself, but it was easy enough with some transparent PNGs and fading them in at the right time. Having the right idea is still crucial, and it's easy to spend a lot of time generating lots of mediocre pictures for what you are trying to do. Anime faces don't seem to work too well with LivePortrait, and most porn videos look stupid because the mouth turns into an O shape for 80% of the animation. I hope using your own webcam to create these animations becomes more streamlined soon.

Has anyone been able to try the new Flux AI model from Fal? https://fal.ai/models/fal-ai/flux/dev The NSFW filter seems to be pretty strict on the site, but if you have a proper GPU, 3090/4090 it seems like you can run it without any restrictions. It does really good text for AI and sticks to prompt adherence better than anything I have tried yet. Hopefully someone can figure out how to get this working on lesser machines.
>>39079 Can you please post more Flux samples? Sadly I don't have a powerful GPU
>>39079 It's not really unrestricted locally because it's not trained on any pornography. As people report it refuses to show genetalia, so it's the same as any other first-version model out there, it's a better base-model but needs community training to become useable. Also it does not know what disposable diapers looks like, no matter how much I try to nudge it, it seems to insist on the cheap adult pullups types. Trying to dick around with different samplers and schedulers, but 4+ seconds per iteration means it's very exhausting to check out and test.
>>39123 I'm afraid that story with sdxl will repeat here - it's good for "generic" images, but not too good for nsfw, because censorship level after sd 1.5 became higher, and there is much less data from community (as there are no big events like NAI leak). Also the creators themselves say Flux would be impossible to finetune.
>>39124 What are you talking about? SDXL blows SD1.5 out of the water, the Pony finetune especially caused it to be a nobrainer better choice, on top of a ton of good non-pony models. But for our fetish Pony-based is the way to go. SD3 is more comparable because of it's higher requirement and unclear licensing terms. But yes they say so that it can't be trained. But we'll see, that might just be something they say and others may or may not try to prove that wrong.

>>39407 Ok, you got me theret. But still, censorship in SDXL was more than SD 1.5 had a the beggining.
>>39408 Yes it was, then people finetuned it, and thanks to a better CLIP architecture and support for larger amounts of tokens it has vastly improved quality over the SD1.X architecture Likewise SD3 is better than SDXL but few people want to commit to training it because of licensing. And Flux is as good but probably better than SD3 (it has a shitton of UNETs) and I dunno how the licensing situation is but I think people are going to jump on board that one thanks to the already proven impressive output just on the base model
>>39409 They also got it running on lower vram too. I am able to run it on my 8gb 3070 and it only takes about 90 seconds to generate an image. Hopefully someone puts out a good training guide for it.

>>39728 Any chance you could spill any details regarding how you've prepared and captioned the images? I'm experimenting with a training diaper LoRA myself and haven't nailed down a good preparation/captioning pipeline yet, but I saw how well your LoRA performed and wondered what the dataset roughly looked like.
>>39729 training a diaper LoRA*
>>39729 Simple really, presize.io to crop everything, zoomed in on the diaper as much as possible without going over 100% zoom and while also leaving the body position identifiable Then i used joycaption to caption them all. Its fairly good at identifying diapers but I changed any complex descriptions of the diapers to just “wearing a white diaper”. It will probably think the diaper is underwear or shorts a lot, you’ll need to individually edit each. Then civitai trainer 1000 steps, 1024x1024 size
I made a quick and dirty barebum lora on civit and I think it came out decent. If you play with prompts you can get pretty creative with them. One thing I found out is you really do need to keep the images at 1024x1024 as civit likes to crop them however they feel.
>>39739 Ah okay, so pretty much what I was already doing, lol. Main problem I had was JoyCaption kept giving overly verbose descriptions and hallucinating a ton, so I tried switching to other VLMs but those didn't fare too well either (CogVLM/CogAgent got close, but wasn't as good as JoyCaption). I've modified my JoyCaption script to use the LLaMA 3.1 instruct prompt and that seems to have helped quite a bit, as the descriptions are a lot less verbose and seem to be a little more accurate now.
>>39739 Wow, that's so much different than SDXL training. No wonder I was having so much trouble. SDXL needs a careful mix of close and far with different poses thrown in. I'll see if I can make something different enough to warrant publishing.
>>39690 i use comfy UI but the settings should be transferrable

>>39784 How many photos and how high quality are we talking? I could probably find a few in the baby diapers thread or the pull ups thread for a pull ups lora.
>>39785 I use between 20-30 in my Loras, although I am starting to think with flux that you can do with less as some of my first epochs look decent. Here is a goodnites lora that I made on civit over night. Amazed with the quality.
>>39728 >>39797 Could you please share instructions on how you're doing these? They're fucking sick, and I would love to use the image editor to pamper some girls I know IRL
>>39812 Your best bet is to lurk on the stablediffusion subreddit to learn, but the quick guide is to download whatever can run the model you want, I use webui forge for the flux model and foocus for inpainting. Then hit up civitai.com for a lora to be able to generate specific diaper stuff. Keep in mind you will need a GPU with at least 8gb of ram to start.
>>39816 Sorry, my specific question is: what checkpoint are you using for the white diaper LORA? Can you share a sample prompt?
>>39797 These are great! Any chance you could upload somewhere that isn't civit?

>>39836 How'd you get yours to work so well? I just started today and i got shitty results from in painting
>>39851 Not really sure how i got here, but i found the best setting is to use the diaper lora (SDXL) found on civitAi, with RealVisXL inpainting version. Use Euler A (uniform) as the sampling method with 35 steps, and set the inpainting mask mode according to your needs. For the prompt, just describe the original photo and add the diaper lora.

I keep thinking, as a big fan of Sebtomato... I wondwr how many more years we need to be able to feed a age regression story to AI fir it to actually create a movie or video about it properly depicting the whole "becoming a baby " process
When training Flux loras, captions are far less critical. Used the same 5 images to train, the top row had written out captions and the bottom row just had the word diaper. The captions do have an impact though. If you use Joycaption and leave in the details about the diaper, you'd need to prompt those details or it might leave them out like the tapes in the second picture. It'll also say stuff about about the body size of the person. I found that if it calls a normal person slim, the resulting lora makes chubby people by default. Less is more it seems.

>>39919 For inpainting in my experience, you don't need a very complicated prompt. Something like: "female, standing, waist, wearing a white diaper, perfect tapes, <lora:D077b:1>" Is perfectly fine. I got the 2nd image above from: - Use an SDXL model (I use Zavy Chroma, but most work great) - img2img > Inpaint - Upload Image - Paint over area where diaper will be (refer to 1st image) - Sampling Steps to 30 - Set width and height to the width and height of the image (if your GPU can't handle it, size it down but keep the aspect ratio. For example, 1440x1800 can size down to 1024x1280) - Denoising strength to 0.8 - 1 (I always do 0.95) - Control Net enabled, set to "Depth" using a depth model from the dropdown, ideally "diffusers_xl_depth_full" but it can be any - Do a batch of 2 - 4 so you can keep the best result and improve it further - Generate I got the 3rd image above from: - Take the best diapered image result from your first inpainting - Upload it to Inpaint replacing the non-diapered image - Re-inpaint over the diaper but cover more area, maybe "wider" or a "bulkier" crotch area - Turn off control net, lower denoising strength to 0.55 - 0.7 (I used 0.65) - Switch to a realistic Pony model (I used Zonkey Realism) - Experiment with "Only Masked" and "Whole picture" Inpaint areas - Generate until you are happy with a result, but this isn't the final output - Take the image you are satisfied with and then upload it (it should keep your same inpainted area mask) - Turn control net back on, set denoising back to 0.95 - Generate (again experiment with Only Masked and Whole Picture) I don't really know what I'm doing from a tech perspective, but this is my workflow. Though sometimes the first result from control net is perfectly fine without re-inpainting with Pony. Your preference. Would love to see more inpainting results in this thread.

Sometimes, a half-hidden diaper can be better than one that's worn out in the open. The v5 LoRA from >>39546 is good, but I can't seem to get it to work to make images like this. Used the "White Diaper" LoRA instead.
>>40122 Been spending so much time trying to do multi-concept diaper loras when I think it's easier to just crank out single diaper brand loras with 10-30 images without captions. Flux is amazing, but it's an entirely different animal when it comes to training. I can probably crank out a passable brand lora in about 2 hours if there's enough good front and back images. Any thoughts on how to do that without spamming civit?

>>40125 I only have the Diaper XL Lora to my name. For flux, I'm in flux. Attached is the most recent grid which I'm not happy with. Concept is diaper, white diaper, white diaper with northshore branding, teal diaper, blue diaper, pink diaper, white diaper with green sides, alpaca print diaper, blue white and red polka dot and then the Irish flag sides.
>>40126 I more meant the images you used to train the lora, not your output they look great.
>>40129 For flux stuff, I'm of the mind that literally just the caption 'diaper' is enough. All images cropped shots of just the diaper. Can't say for sure until I have something I'm happy with posting though. The White Diaper Lora is all joycaps of crop shots with any description of the diaper removed. Not my work. You can see the meta data with the captions and training specs via third part websites. I wouldn't say it was heavily edited from whatever joy captions provided (No offense, it's it's great at what it does). The SDXL one is too big to post as a zip. That one was much more difficult to balance the repeats and captions. I ended up with 3 folders. A 6 repeat, a 4 repeat, and a 1 repeat. The 6 repeat was nearly all full body images, maybe a head cropped out here or there. 4 was nearly all cropped shots. 1 was a mix, but mostly full body but impossible to recreate positions. 25%, 25%, 50% between the folders. No idea of the koyha settings, but you can check the meta data for the specifics.
>>40130 Interesting. I am going to try some loras this weekend using just crotch shots then. That will be a game changer for finding pics if it ends up working half decently. No need to worry about it getting too trained on one specific person or location if that's the case.

Alright, I'll bite. Apologies for the call for help even with the excessive spoonfeeding like in >>38517. I want to help out diapering some honies and I want to donate my GPU to get them padded and proud. However my test runs have been no good. Each one took about 4 hours to process. I followed the installation and setup tutorials completely, as well as the settings from the spoon post and the prompt, but my gens came out fucked. The first one vaguely had a diaper in the first generation and the second was completely smooth like a doll. My second gen is also sporting the doll look. What gives? Any tips? What steps did I miss or did I do incorrectly? RTX Nvidia 3070 ti, btw.
>>40379 I'm one of the dudes these guys have helped out and i'm getting consistent results now. I read a lot about controlnet and got a grasp on how to use them. You should probably check that out. Also, you're rendering at a high resolution. My usual reso is about 644x944 which takes 1min 30 secs roughly for image gen.
>>40379 I use comfyui 99% of the time, but when it comes to inpainting, fooocus is strictly better. Whatever lllyasviel did with the inpainting model was genius. Attached is a fresh install of fooocus (2 clicks). Dropped in the lora and didn't even try to mask it well. One shot result.
>>40379 please use other model, preferably realivis, or juggernaut. the pony model is kinda weird when using with the lora.
>>40405 >fooocus is there a way to get controlnet on focus? i saw that MRE has depth but i kinda need the ip adapter one for faces. If you have other workarounds i could try it would be great,
>>40421 no need to exclusively use one platform. do all the other work before then drop the image in for the diaper. Fooocus doesn't change the image outside of the masked area when inpainting.
>>40187 I would like to know how to do this, or request someone to do this. These are great, but I personally prefer baby diapers.
>>40422 The reason i switched hard to focus was the time to generate images. It takes seconds on focus while a1111 takes around 3 min for some fucking reason. Sometimes it’s quick but i have no definite fix for it
>>40424 Yeah im still a dummy when it comes to training so i’d kike to know how. There’s so much baby diapery imagery from japanese twt accounts that i think it would be possible to do.

>>40457 Fooocus uses comfyui as a backend. There's no definitive proof that A1111 is slower than comfy, but maybe that has something to do with it? Comfyui is trying (and succeeding) in positioning themselves as THE interface for all things AI. Might be worth learning the spaghetti.
>>40468 that second image is incredible, the detail on the diaper being not creased on the left but creased on the right. and the 5th image, the way they're both touching the diaper....UNF i'm 32 and i remember being a horny ABDL teenager and desperately searching for free images of women in diapers. when i come across some of those images these days, sometimes i can't believe i used to get off to them. the women weren't attractive, the diapers weren't put on correctly, they weren't thick or crinkly.... if AI existed then i think i would have destroyed my dick with it. i always hated how easily vanilla normies could google "big boob" and get 10 billion results and be perfectly happy, while i had to search and scrounge for content that catered to my fetish. just being able to make it yourself, the simple premise of CUTE GIRL + DIAPER, would have changed everything.
>>40482 I recently switched from A1111 to Forge. I think forge is faster because of it's better memory handling and optimization. On A1111, it would take me quite some time to generate standard resolution SDXL images. Now after using Forge, my generation speed matches the speed i used to generate when using SD1.5 models. I can finally move to SDXL in peace. As for ComfyUI, i could say it is faster but after several generation, it just begin to slow down, slower than Forge. In Forge, you could see the program loads and unloads the memory from the console, it even got a warning if the model is being moved back and forth to the RAM instead of the VRAM which causes the generation to slow to a crawl. This is game changer to be honest. Not sure wheter A1111 have this feature.

It was just another day for Jane, who had been working at the local Chick-fil-A restaurant since high school graduation several years ago. She loved serving customers with a smile on their faces as she handed over buckets of fried chicken nuggets or took orders from hungry patrons. Jane's uniform today included her standard white and black cow-printed diaper - something that had become part and parcel to the job requirements at Chick-fil-A since management imposed the new dress code. It was odd, but Jane went along with it as long she got paid well for doing so. She loved making a good impression on customers.

>>40705 Just use bugmenot or a throwaway email, sheesh.
>>40704 Can this do messing or not? If yes, I am tempted to try Flux instead of SDXL.
>>40751 What do you think a messy diaper looks like from the outside in real life? I'll give you a hint, barely a bulge. Maybe if someone took an enema, along the leg guards will be discoloration. SDXL and flux were trained to _not_ know what an adult diaper is. It's an uphill battle to get them to produce them at all. Subtleties of saturated and dry are even more difficult. Provide 20-50 1024x1024 images of messy diapers, with the diaper part of the image being that large with preferably enough body to work with and I'll see what I can do for flux. SDXL would need a lot more varied shots. 50 probably won't be enough if the quality and variety aren't there.
>>40757 Having trained an xl lora on messy diapers I can confirm that it is difficult to actually find enough images that are of high enough quality that also show a visible mess. Reverse shots are probably easier, but good luck. A wet diaper lora is easier though. Here is a lora I made that does mid diaper change shots. It does a few poses really well but most are cronenbergs. It's crazy how well some of these look to the original images used to train.
This seems like a supernice Lora, do you have any files for this?

Here's a half decent goodnites lora that does the old butterfly print. One issue that I can't figure out how to overcome is it now generates every pattern to be that butterfly pattern and for some reason it takes a ton of inpainting to get good hands/feet compared to just the stock model. I will probably end up doing every goodnite print I can get good pics of and maybe upload to civit when I am done.

>>40817 For flux, from what I can tell, that pattern bleeding is probably more overfitting than underfitting. I've seen it happen long before the diaper concept is learned though. I wasn't able to solve it. Pretty much all of the Rearz Brand loras have the same problem. Alpaca and Dinosaurs being the worst of the bunch. I suspect lower learning rates for longer is the solution, but I had run out of patience and wanted to play wukong. I need to get back to revise those because people are actually spending buzz to generate images which I kinda feel bad about given how often they generate really lousy diapers. I'm assuming the order I see these images matches what gets posted. 1500 steps - 0.0004 LR 1500 steps - 0.0003 LR 1000 steps - 0.0005 LR 1670 steps - 0.0003 LR

>>41659 Fooocus is the easiest to get started with if you are completely new. It installs in a few clicks and auto downloads the SDXL models. It works well on low end hardware. SDXL won't have the best prompt adherence, but it's been out for a while with plenty of loras created. It can't do Flux, which has better prompt adherence, since it isn't getting updates anymore though. Fooocus is fully featured, but most things are hidden behind menus to make it a very friendly platform to get started on. Image created with Flux in Comfyui
>>41663 ty very much! Need to try this one! what prompts do you use?
>>41673 SDXL does fine with comma delimited prompts. You'll need to experiment with something to get the style you want and then it's just a matter of the subjects. Fooocus has a style section that adds text to the prompt for you to push the model into the style listed. Download and experiment is the best advice.

I got so many requests for pullups that I was worn down. By popular demand, there's a Flux pullups lora on civit. I spent a month fine-tuning checkpoints for Flux to extract loras from, which in theory would let me continue to build on the concepts rather than starting from scratch each time. It works, but to keep the quality while extracting, you have to have a ridiculously high rank which leads to 6gb loras. It wasn't wasted time though, I learned a lot about good datasets for Flux while doing it and used that knowledge for the pullup lora. I'm going to revisit the Rearz Brand ones with the same updated knowledge. Hopefully by then, SD3.5 can be trained in Kohya at which point I'll either switch over or release for Flux and SD3.5 if the dataset strategy is the same for both. >>41710 Yes

Question regarding training LoRas specially with flux. How do you prepare the images? Are they just 512x512 close up of the diapers in different angles? and how do you caption them? Trying to dive in to training since there's no guide for diapers lol, any help would be appreciated

>>41904 closeups will end up confusing the AI and where it should put the diaper on the person. Best bet is to just pour as many relatively similar images into it as possible.
>>41904 For Flux, close ups with Joycaptions will work as long as there's enough image to tell it's on a person. The white diaper flux lora did that and the results are fine. Even diaper.1 dev did that, but I know better now. The problem you run into with the only close up approach is that you are training 1024x or some higher resolution of the diaper itself. When flux is actually generating, the area the diaper takes up is really small. More like 200x or 400x in size. You'll find when you want the diaper attached to a person at a reasonable distance, the lora hasn't really seen that even though it knows exactly what the diaper looks like. You can prompt just a diaper and it's a perfect image. You don't need a lot of full body images, I've used a few as 3 (~25 total images). Make sure there's no repeating faces or backgrounds and you won't have a problem. That's usually enough to connect the dots between what it learned from the close ups and how that translates to normal distances. You can get away with training at 512x512. It's a ton faster so you can fail fast and learn what doesn't work. Higher resolution is better only because eventually the lora will learn how to make low resolution looking 1024x images. If you can get a good lora at 512, you don't need to retrain it at higher resolutions. Mainly because increasing the resolution needs adjustments to the learning rates and it's not linear.
>>41919 thanks a lot for the input. I was able to do it earlier using 24 images and i did not crop in. although i'm having issues about the lora not knowing what the back of the diaper looks like (like when prompting facing away from the viewer, it just puts the diaper backwards). is it because i did not prompt the back side of the diaper as back side or something? I did have images showing it. Also, do you think it's possible to get it more detailed? More and better images? more training steps?
>>41921 Calling out the front and back helps. If it's joycaptions, I'll add in something like "The front of her diaper is visible." Make sure to clear out any descriptions of the diapers themselves. Any descriptions tend to push the lora into thinking those aspects are optional. For close ups, I don't even bother with captioning beyond "diaper, front" or "diaper, side, back" Haven't noticed any issues with at strategy. Quality over quantity every time. As far as undertrained or overtrained, it's my biggest gripe with Flux, it seems like it can be both at the same time which makes troubleshooting really difficult. Prompt for just a diaper, either on the floor or a close up shot. That'll show you how well the model knows the target. It's a lot of trial and error. There's no magic formula.
>>41921 I find that removing the background and then inpainting a solid colored wall behind them tends to not get it to train random things that I don't want it to train. Foocus lets you use masks to do this rather easily. Just make sure you only use 1 or 2 pics from the same sets and specify "From the back" or some such in your captions.
I'm new to this, I've followed what I can. I'm using comfyUI with Flux and the White Diaper for Flux lora. Annoyingly I keep getting outputs of like cartoon/anime and the pictures are awful close to loli, how the fuck do I stop it from doing that?
>>42056 Got an example prompt? "photo of a woman" should be more than enough to push it away from anime.
>>42061 Yeah, I'll grab one just now. It seems like if I get hyper-specific it will stay away from it like you said. I tried this before about a year ago, and the examples I copied at the time had a load of negative prompts setup so that it would stay output consistent stuff, but the one I copied recently didn't have any negative prompts/inputs. Anyway, I was doing this before "Emo girl with purple hair sitting in her bedroom, wearing a diaper and knee-high socks" Mainly to test it with something simple, but it kept generating loli and that made me uncomfortable as fuck lmao.
>>42066 Ah. It's Flux vs SDXL. Flux has a T5 text encoder and really understands the prompt while also expecting a pretty long prompt. Smaller ones work, but if you say girl, you will get a girl. Not like the 1girl booru tags of SDXL and co. Flux also doesn't do negative prompts, so that's another issue. SD3.5 should be more familiar to what you did a year ago, but no diaper lora yet.
>>42067 Awesome, that's great info. It's cool tech I like toying with it. The good thing is if I'm pretty specific, I can get it to do the right thing now, just takes fine tuning it. Thanks for the help dude!

As it stands, someone would need to search for little kings specifically for your brand to show up. You should also mention the keyword. Little kings diaper did work, but it took some guessing. Littlekings works pretty much exactly the same. Clearly your lora has a type and it's a tall auburn blonde with a tendency to put her hands near her face. The diaper consistency is great. You can put black rectangles/ovals over the eyes or face and just mention the face is censored in the captions without any drawbacks unless you way overcook it. Easy fix for the same face issue. With the current state of ComfyUI, diaper loras and available anime models, it seems like it would be possible to create a visual novel without any drawing ability. Lack of image consistency is still a problem, but IPAdapter and other nodes to transfer styles, faces or general appearance are finally in a good state for SDXL (Pony, Illustrious) and mostly available for Flux. The image was created with Gimp. I used an Illustrious + thiccdiaper lora gen that I removed the background of with Inspyrenet Rembg and added the characters to a separately generated background. The thiccdiaper lora is pretty neat, very consistent, and only rarely puts the tapes on wrong. Much better than the SD1.5 loras I have tried, mostly because Illustrious is a great model. It would be neat if the same author made a normal diaper lora for Illustrious, I can't seem to find good other combinations for SDXL for anime style images.

>>42793 >seems like it would be possible to create a visual novel without any drawing ability. You clearly know more about the state-of-the-art than I do, but my impression (merely as a passive consumer) of it is that AI still has a very limited expressive range. Your own pic related is a good example: very conservative posing and perspective, generic character designs, can't handle too many characters in the same scene all at once. You could for sure still make a VN out of that, it'd just be kinda plain is all. The writing would have to carry it. What would you have to do to get it to produce more ambitious art than that? Not to sound like a snob, it's just that I still haven't seen anyone do anything more interesting with AI than the kind of slop that Lilith had already been churning out for years... by hand.
>>42800 >You clearly know more about the state-of-the-art than I do, but my impression (merely as a passive consumer) of it is that AI still has a very limited expressive range. I don't know very much, everything is evolving way too fast, and some modules cherry pick their examples so it is hard to tell what a module is actually good for, i.e. what deficiencies it provides a fix for. >Your own pic related is a good example: very conservative posing and perspective, generic character designs, can't handle too many characters in the same scene all at once. That's true, I'm not sure how much of the fault lies with the technology, though. Besides the fluff to make decent pictures and the lora trigger words, I merely added 3-4 tags, and "take_your_pick" is essentially ordering SD to do this standard pose. It is hard enough to come up with something original, but then the danbooru tags often behave in an unexpected way and you have to figure out how to actually get the model to spit out your idea. Do you have a fleshed out idea in mind that wouldn't be conservative posing with a boring perspective and generic characters? >You could for sure still make a VN out of that, it'd just be kinda plain is all. The writing would have to carry it. What would you have to do to get it to produce more ambitious art than that? I'm not really sure. It kinda feels like it can do anything (especially if background and characters are generated separately), but I'm drawing up blanks if I actually engage with the program. >Not to sound like a snob, it's just that I still haven't seen anyone do anything more interesting with AI than the kind of slop that Lilith had already been churning out for years... by hand. I share the sentiment that AI has yet to show that it can be used as a proper tool, especially if you want to tell a story. Churning out single diaper pictures isn't the problem, but getting it to output exactly what you want, consistently, is. What kind of content do you consider to be good? Any examples plus reasoning might help me, I've personally not been able to pinpoint what I dislike about most of my outputs made with AI.
(3.73 MB 2688x1536 1.jpg)

Trying to make my own LoRA, but getting the picture set right is not very easy for SDXL. This picture happened by accident (prompt randomizer), this messy "anime artbook" style has a weird feel to it. I wonder how much more advanced our LoRAs would be if people openly shared their picture sets. It's not easy to find good pictures with enough detail, tagging them properly (or not at all) hugely influences how the LoRA performs (in either direction), and sometimes removing a single picture improves an already good LoRA substantially, so the more people fiddle around with it, the better it should become. Hosting a community like that in a way that allows for anonymous participation is probably not easy. Besides that, I also wondered if there's interest for an AI request thread. People describe the setting, characters, diaper style, etc, and people who want to play around with SD can try to make good pictures with the description as a guideline. I'd be up for it, maybe others like the idea, too?

>>42807 I really didn't have anything too specific in mind, and not everything has to be super dynamic and complex. Personally I think it's the difference between the character being in a "pose" and more so the character being in the middle of an action. Pic semi-related.
>>42825 "being in the middle of an action" adds something to my own mental model of what kind of pictures I might find more interesting, thanks. Some time ago when SDXL was still new and 1.5 got all those fancy modules I tried to create images where two people interacted in some way, e.g. by adding OpenPose and trying to make two people fight with wands, but that wasn't easy to do. Maybe you could say it still looked too much like they were posing. I'll try to play around with some minor environment interactions, like drinking some water from a glass, or playing video games. The bullying scenario from your picture looks interesting, too, but might be really hard to recreate.
Made my own LoRA for Illustrious/SDXL. Worked out well enough with my old unoptimized 1.5 dataset. Third image was edited, SDXL goes wild with patterns on diapers for some reason, but they are easy enough to remove. I've tried to upload the pictures like 15 times, but seems like 8chan now blocks Tor again. I won't risk uploading ecchi stuff over my normal ISP as I reside in a country that might jail me for doing this. Guess you won't hear much from me for a while.

>>42533 >source: dude trust me
>>42841 Thank you so much. I still haven't looked at it in detail, but you collected a huge amount of pictures, which is something I haven't tried before. Have you tried tagging with quality tags? I've personally not gone over 100 pictures for the omuai diaper lora (was deleted on civit.ai recently, throwaway email didn't work anymore), so I threw out lots of pictures that I didn't like the quality of or that I suspected to lower the gen quality (did many gens, some had weird colors/image details that could be traced back to a single picture). With your approach, though, I wonder if tagging the lower quality pictures with "medium quality" or something similar might improve the LoRA. Not that I think any of your LoRAs need improvement, by the way. With SD 1.5, going for a pictures set size of 1024px worked much better despite the base model being 512x512. Maybe I should increase the pixels with SDXL beyond 1024. I usually went with a LR of 0.0001 (text encoder 0.00005) for 1.5, and now with SDXL (Illustrious 0.1), I'm experimenting with a LR of 0.00002 and disabled text encoders, and the results are maybe a bit nicer than with 0.0001 (three retries, ~80 pictures, 40 epochs, seems to work fine from epoch 5+ onward, but doesn't get fried even at epoch 40). There are a lot of buckets for the various resolutions, I'm considering reducing them by editing pictures manually or changing the bucket_reso_steps so there's a more reasonable amount of image resolution buckets. I have no idea if that'll help training SDXL, but it had a positive effect with SD1.5. I did over 40 experiments for the omuai lora, and I'd say there's like five distinct feels/bleeding effects to them, with 2-3 being mostly usable. Reducing the dim and alpha with a special script resulted in the one I released, and it actually behaved better (more generalized, less bleeding) than the "uncompressed" one. If you want me to try anything, feel free to ask.
>>42853 I've been building up a collection over the years, so I thought I'd try to add as many images as I can to the dataset. But personally I am not so happy with the results, because there are often inconsistent shapes and often my LoRA has trouble rendering tapes. In the last three branded diaper LoRAs, the amount of illustrations to total photos is about a couple of percent. So, I will try to create at the next opportunity a more niche diaper LoRA that will have a smaller dataset (maybe 50-200 images) and try to select only images with a clearly visible diaper (high resolution, good lighting and no weird camera angle) and a higher ratio of illustrations to photos than there was before. >>42855 I haven't tried using quality tags yet, but would like to try it the next time cooking LoRA. So I am probably going to come off retarded but fuck it, bully me as much as you want. So ever since I heard about AI generation images and also videos I became obsessed with the idea of being able to generate AB related content, actually to be more specific content depicting age regression either mental or physical (and to add on top of that some cutesy shit). So far I have only used pre existing images and add more prompts to it to generate slightly similar stuff, then I stumbled upon these two different models https://civitai.green/models/620987 https://civitai.green/models/402667 but what I find confusing is that I can download the models? or run the model? I dont know to which purpose those are there, is there a way to run this locally with those files? Also, running the model displays a bunch services some available, some unavailable, some paid, some free but I fail to understand what is the purpose of these options. Finally, I find it extremely confusing that a model that offers AgeRegression will not allow me to create AR scenarios claiming its "mature" when I specifically avoided clicking on the "mature" content option? What I am sort of looking to recreate is scenarios similar to what is attached, single female, running into a regression scenario by accident and being distressed about it.
>>42980 It sounds like you are asking someone to teach you everything about running ai models which is a really big ask. Have a conversation with chatgpt, it's free, and it knows everything about the subject. I wouldn't ask about PonyXL as that one might trigger a mature content warning. Start with asking about how to run ai image generation models like SDXL locally and then ask about checkpoints and loras. If you don't have a beefy graphics card, you can ask about ways to run it with low end hardware. If at any point it's going over your head, just tell it to explain it simpler. It might make some stuff up, but at the end of the day, it'll be a lot more helpful than someone trying to write an "everything you need to know" guide on a chan board. Once you can generate an image locally, then just google a primer on Pony as it's a rather unique checkpoint, but otherwise runs the same as anything else.
>>42961 >>42965 >>42966 I am using ComfyUI with SDXL-based anime models and a detailer LoRA and my own diaper LoRA, but even no diaper LoRA kinda works so just use whatever you like. I might release mine later. The resulting picture is upscaled using the same prompts and model, maybe slightly different settings for the sampler. The details are: Model: ntrMIXIllustriousXL_v40.safetensor LoRA 1: StS_detail_slider_v1.safetensor at 1.05 Lora 2: dipxl7-000020.safetensor (own creation) at 1.00 Clip skip: -2 (Standard for anime models) KSampler: Steps 30, cfg 6.0, euler_ancestral, scheduler normal, denoise 1.0 Empty Latent: 1344x768, batch_size 4 Seed: 1111111111124720 (the seed probably won't work with anything but batch_size 4, and might not carry over to another install with a different GPU) positive prompt: rating_explicit, perfect quality, best quality, masterpiece, absolutely eye-catching, 2girls, sexually_suggestive, take_your_pick, embarrassed, seductive smile, (naughty_face:0.6), blue_eyes, brown_hair, short_hair, looking at viewer, BREAK, mydiaperloratag, diaper, masterpiece, best quality, amazing quality, very aesthetic, absurdres, newest, scenery negative prompt: text, watermark, artist name, username, signature, censored, censor, bad feet, bad hands, too many fingers, worstquality, low quality, lowres, unfinished, scan, jpeg artifacts, scan artifacts, oldest, I might do requests, so feel free to post an idea, ideally with the right booru tags already named.
>>42965 Everything just as in >>42990 minus the detailer LoRA and with a newer version of my unreleased diaper LoRA. I'm basically just testing what works and what not with these images, but I'm too lazy to set up my old XY comparison stuff in ComfyUI so I just do many pictures manually. And I'm trying to learn more booru tags. Interaction stuff/storytelling beyond situational posing comes later. Prompt for the kindergarten outfit is: 1girl, solo_focus, 6+boys, skirt, lifted by self, hiding, park, outdoors, tree, adult, medium_breasts, kindergarten_uniform, blue eyes, looking at viewer, seed: 1111111111124981 (with batch_size 4) After upscaling the image, I redid some of the blur for the background with Gimp because I didn't like the sharpening effect.

>>42980 The things you linked are LoRAs, they teach a base model (SDXL, or refined versions of those, like PonyXL or Illustrious, basically the thing that understands a bit of text and turns that into a picture) new tricks, like styles, characters, concepts, image compositions, etc. Like the other poster said, teaching yourself how to do AI images is a big task, but you'll have quick results. I've spent hundreds of hours so far, and only scratched the surface. But I know a few neat tricks now. The image you want to do might be doable with AI alone, but you are probably better of combining generated picture parts and then img2img-ing them instead of generating enough pictures with a mirror in it and hoping for a proper composition. I did it like that with this quick picture, meaning I waited for a nice girl in mirror picture and then replaced the right side with one of 30 generated pictures of a girl showing their back. There's ComfyUI tools to remove the background of an image with AI, so I used only the character, pasted it over, and drew pink over the non-character areas. Then a simple upscale/img2img with a higher randomization fixed the worst problems.

I have a standard dataset recipe that I'm still refining, but I'm pretty confident that I'll have it almost on lock in a few more loras. The biggest issue is tape consistency which I think is because I don't move the tapes around enough between photos and flux sort of assumes it's a pattern and does a bad job at recreating the pattern when it conflicts with the rest of the print. Otherwise, it's my front to butt ratio that needs to be adjusted. Anyway, I've got LFB Little Fantasy and Tykables Unicorns prepped and should get them up Tuesday and Wednesday after their respective overnight training sessions. My ABU samples should arrive Tuesday, and another mannequin should be Wednesday. I really have no preference on what order to train these other than I want to focus on some that would be less popular until I solve the tape issues. I will circle back and update all the loras eventually. Here's a list of the samples I have currently: Rearz Bella, Rearz Princess, Rearz lil Monsters, LFB Astro Babies Bunny, LFB Potty Pants Blocks, LFB Baby Cuties, LFB Little Fantasy, LFB Baby Usagi, LFB Baby Parade, Tykables Tinimals A tiger, Tykables Tinimals B bear, Tykables Pink Cammies, Tykables Animooz A, Tykables Animooz B, Tykables Animooz C, Tykables Unicorn, Tykables Overnights, ABU DinoRawrZ, ABU PeekABU, ABU TinyTails, ABU LittlePawz, ABU AlphaGatorZ, ABU BunnyHopps4, ABU Little Kings, Goodnites Splotch, Goodnites Waves, Pull-ups MouseA, Pull-ups MouseB, Easy Ups MLP1, Easy Ups MLP2 I'm open to any prioritization suggestions. I'm going to do an ABU diaper just to get the lora established, but afterwards it's whatever.
>>42995 of course bro, that is Haley Blake or "little haley" in c4s, sadly just a few of her AgeRegression videos got leaked and the few rare ones that I had I LOST when there was that massive shitty purge on pornhub, you should be able to find the "magic pacifier" and "doll turns her into a baby" easy enough though https://www.clips4sale.com/es/studio/144081/little-haley She alongside Little Sophie and Ludella Hahn remain the only 3 actresses that properly nail AR for me, the right amount of cute, hot, props/scenery and average acting-commitment to the roleplay

>>42998 I hardly know any gay tropes and it's impossible to go by feeling with this kind of content. The model can do guys, but it still generates female characters in 1 of 4 cases even with male only tags. Is there anything in particular that would fit well?
>>43002 Thank you, but I was thinking two males both wearing only diaper in a gay scene.
>>43003 I also want to see something with a chubby male age 30 with short brown hair, brown eyes wearing only glasses and a plain adult diaper with blue tabs

been playing around with ai again lately, hard to get the faces right honestly 9/10 are worthless
>>43128 Looks like you are using FLUX diaper loras. If that is true, you are using FLUX and FLUX doesn't work well at lower (SD1) resolutions, which might mess up your faces in some instances. You want about 2MP per picture, so 1728x1280 or 1920x1080 or similar sizes that multiply to 2MP. Even 1024x1024 (SDXL standard res) would probably work much better than the lower resolutions you are doing. On another note, I recommend saving the pictures as .webm or .jpg. You can include the workflow, anyway, so if you ever need better quality, just load the lossy file and redo the same picture+save as png. Webm also has lossless saving but is much smaller than png, but in my opinion lossy webm quality is great enough.
Any AI bro's can get some high quality (diaper) bedwetting here? I find that's the type of art we're missing the most.

>>43145 Probably going to need a lora for Flux. Illustrious might be better in the current state. As far as Flux goes, you need work the prompt for sure. 'Stain' basically translates to blood stain and calling out a color turns it into a paint stain.
>>43144 Oh thats really good to know actually, yeah i had a workflow for SD1.5 and Pony that i just swapped flux in for once it came out, though my computer starts seriously chugging with flux at larger resolutions
>>43144 as a JPG fanatic and a WEBM hater, please never use WEBM. It's a cancerous format with a terrible compression algorithm that should only be considered as a GIF video alternative.
>>43150 How so? JPG is super old and webp seems to require 30% less bytes for similar quality. With Tor being as slow as it is nowadays, I don't see any upside for using JPG. Are there any programs left that can't deal with webm/webp?
>>43151 I've never seen faster than it is nowadays, and that's more of a you problem if you can't visit a clearnet site like this without TOR. If you've decided on using TOR things won't always go as fast, that's just a compromise you signed up for. Webp is a lossy fileformat that can't give an uncompressed look, JPG 100% quality gives a lossless look at a lower filesize than a PNG would. PNG is insanely cost efficient with very graphic images, like logos, black and white images, few tone images, etc, any situation where there is large chunks of imagedata that contains the exact same colour. JPG is insanely cost efficient with very detailed images, like photographs, very detailed rasters, anything with large variance and noise. WEBM is a JPG competitor that is only focused on being low in filesize to save image hosting sites money and focuses on it's comparative quality to a compressed JPG as being "minorly worse", but worse. It adds a blur/softening to the images removing a lot of details that would otherwise be left in a JPG. Also, I wouldn't recommend any compression on a JPG either, so that's why I'm avidely against WEBM because it's both worse and does not provide a compression that leaves the visible pixels untouched. (a 100% quality JPG still crunches the image, but only in a way that's noticeable by crushing the levels of the image in a editor, the un-edited image is identical to a losless image)
>>43026 >>43008 Thanks for doing these!
>>43152 >Webp is a lossy fileformat that can't give an uncompressed look This is wrong. Webp supports a lossless compression mode and it can produce smaller lossless files than lossy JPEG at quality 100.

>>43416 https://civitai.com/user/secreteaccout1493745 Those are their public models. Judge for yourself. I think there's a lot of cherry picking and inpainting to fix issues with images rather than generating what you see on reddit as a one off generation with a simple workflow.
Can I requesting two giant size male babies between the ages of 1 and 4, both about five feet tall, with one baby having short black hair and black eyes and one baby with short brown hair and brown eyes, both with slightly chubby bodies, and wearing only plain white diapers, standing, full body, smiling, anime style. >>43452 Seems like it is not that easy to do without using OpenPose or something similar. Keywords such as baby change the composition of the whole image, and giant_male isn't doing much but adding giants on top of the other characters. I might try composing a picture (background: houses, foreground: normal sized characters scaled up) manually as you can remove the background very easily with Inspyrenet Rembg, but with text alone, one would probably need a fitting LoRA.
>>43654 Something like that. I mean a regular baby, but the same size as a normal human.

>>43654 Unf, that's the stuff >Anything particular? Just did a few fast gens. It pains me that this is one of the only threads on the board with worthwhile OC coming out of it and yet it still falls off the first page ;_;
For Illustrious or NoobAI-XL, does anyone have any names of artists that naturally do ABDL images? Apparently they work better when an artist is mentioned, so I figure starting with one that has diapers normally would help start the generation off on the right foot.

>>43786 For illustrious I'd say it's more about the model itself. The more "normal" checkpoint knowledge it has merged or trained on top of it, the more you get bad "safe for work wholesome cut toddler diapers" results or it converges towards not knowing it and making it like weird panties. Attached is the models I currently have downloaded, Falafelmix is the only one that has stayed in my list since it came out, and several of these have not been throughly tested yet for whether or not I want to keep them currently. Trying to merge a better realism model myself using SaltedPonyV5 that doesn't compromise Illustrious versatility, but I think the community is now ramping up on realism merges so they'll probably get it working nicely way before I do.
