As i mostly have only medical diapers, i like layering 3-4 diapers. Usual combo is in the following order: 1 Abena M4 1 Tena Maxi Medium 1 Abena L4 with a booster 1 Tena Maxi Large First i powder the M4 Then I make i hole for my peepee in the first diaper, this is to make me dry no matter how much i pee, increasing the duration im able to wear with comfort. The hole should be quite snug around your shaft. Then i add the other diapers, with a slit on the inside and outside, making the flow of pee most efficient. I like putting the booster under/inside the diaper, instead of just onto the pad. This also helps against leakage in my experience. Following this i'm usually able to wear them for 24 hours without any leak issues. Where my intake is 4-5 liters. Feel free to add/ask on this

Layering decent pamps can be expensive, so I opt to deconstruct cheap medical pullups and use them as stuffers. 2-4 of them will usually extend the life of a diaper for a good few hours, longer than I'd ever typically stay in one. I like to almost plate them along the length of the diaper, slicing into them first so that everything can get nice and soggy. Then plastic pants go on, usually more than one layer of those, too. Footie pajamas and sweatpants further increase the necessary waddle. This is about the limit of how far I can go before feeling wasteful. I buy Sunkiss Masterpieces, which I've heard are very comparable to Megamax, and they work great with this setup.

I've bought a cheap brand of medical diapers instead to try them out and they don't hold as much nor are they particularly comfortable, but having 4 of them on feels just as good AND I get to sleep with them on without any leaks.

I wish it stuck out the back more and drooped between the legs a bit less It might be fun if you're wanting to feel humiliated in front of someone else as a costume. But for me, it does not really feel like being in a diaper on its own and does not replace the feeling of actually being in a diaper

Question to fellow thiccfags: I'm really a lot more fond of layering diapers instead of using boosters - how well do megamax diapers hold up to this? Any tips for getting maximum drainage? Reports on the most pissing you've done without leaks, etc? I've only ever worn m4s before and generally like them, that's really the only frame of reference I have.

>>41951 megamaxes are very different from M4s, at least in my opinion. they do layer well, and they have a waistband which is an advantage as they get thicker. not sure about actually wetting the second layer though, every attempt i've made at cutting/slicing the outer plastic of the inside diaper hasn't really been that effective.

Can do about five heavy wettings and maybe one or two in the morning. However they have leaked multiple times sleeping because im a side sleeper and putting pressure on the soaked booster probably does that. Not bedwetting while sleeping, just sleeping in a soaked MegaMax. Also I've heard people say the China MegaMax are currently better then the American one. That will probably change at some point.

Doesn't feel like a diaper, and the large garment is silent with zero noise. Oof Poof is a good idea for the market, I just think there should be a greater focus on the material. Maybe gel-like instead of blanket-like, to give better feeling to the size.

>>45614 Tried it; that's my standard use of boosters now. two folded into the leg guards like that and a third over them on the front. if I want more bulk; same on the back but that then tends to feel like a block in the small of the back. I use the classic booster. no plastic backing. no adhesive. they seem to be for inserting ONE of; inside a fixation garment or your pants; especially if they are the anatomically shaped type. for multiple boosters you want them all to be absorbant; they just add a massive amount of absorbancy. the premium ABDL diapers are still better; but you can take an average diaper intended for daily incontinenece add 3 or 4 boosters and it will soak up a couple liters of liquid easily.

yea, having it thick does make it better, but not so thick that it became unrealistic to wear and restrict mobility too much. I only had access to cheap medical diapers. i usually layers a tena slip medium underneath a slip large. the medium diaper fits really good and it doesnt sag. instead of cutting a slit, i normally use sewing pins to poke a lot of little holes so that the polymer inside the diaper doesnt fall out when im ready to change. i also uses the same setup for messing. i usually wear diapers with a few layer of underwear on top to make it tight. idk if it just me but messing with a loose diaper felt kinda disgusting. yeah i know the whole diaper thing is already disgusting to begin with. i kinda like the mess to stick/pressed up againts my ass.

Starting at XXL i think you might struggle to get 20 on top of each other without using a roll of tape to fasten them. If you're going to use multiple diapers; might as well just use a disposable against the skin. plastic pants of top of that and you can as many velcro or cloth diapers for the bulk on top. cover that with some plastic pants and you've got a disposable to handle the actually wet/mess, plastic pants to protect everything and huge cloth bulk in many layers.
