I know Bane is best known for crashing planes but /bane/ saves lives.

What I found is that you need to put down a clear and concise goal for your master plan. Write it down. Now what are the steps to your master plan? You're not going to be sprinting, you're taking steps and it might be frustrating to not reach your goal immediately but you should take these steps. You also need the right people to help with your master plan, toss anyone impeding the plan.
Maybe you're aiming to be a Big Guy? You start with morning walks, there's something therapeutic about seeing the sky and just walking. Your next steps would curb unhealthy habits but you take it one step at a time. Maybe you scrounge Craigslist or garage sales for weight sets and you look up how to use proper form and what your routine is going to be. The need to move forward becomes as much a part of you as breathing.
Forget about the bad news of things crashing, all flights end eventually. What's the point of being angry at how things aren't flying so good anymore? Maybe someone keeps bringing up how the paint on the plane isn't shiny, it's a badly engineered plane, someone else's plane is better than yours in this way. So? You're in charge here. Focus on your master plan.
