So we all know the plan the massive plot Hole In The Dark Knight Rises mostly how did Bruce Wayne get back to Gotham when it was under occupation when he was in the Middle East, but I have a theory on how we did it. I believe that CIA survived the crash was aware that Bane had his base of operations somewhere in Uzbekistan and was searching for it when he encountered Bruce Wayne who had just escaped from the prison. CIA knew that Gotham needed help and after being filled in on the Batman's secret identity he was willing to help however he could. He wasn't the hero we deserved but he was the hero we needed. He is the CIA. Bravo Nolan.

Actually, the entire movie from the point that the iconic question is posed, "Why would someone shoot a man before throwing him out of a plane?" is all happening in the mind of CIA as one possible timeline that he is considering. Clearly you are uninitiated.
