Not yet but organisations like Unite the Union or anti-Fascist organisations use political violence against anti-government protestors. Look at the St George's Hall riot in Liverpool 2016 or the Lime Street Station riot of 2015.

Check. Anti-terror legislation is used against opposition groups with loose interpretations of terrorism used as justification.

Semi-check. Journalists are censored and their unions decide what can and can't be written.
