Maybe one day we can get a Gwenpool Epic Collection, even though it would be full of things I don't want. Or better yet, Marvel sometimes does single trades collecting a full run of comics that are around the length of Unbelievable. Give me one of those.

Today we finish The Unbelievable Gwenpool, but there are a couple of things I want to post first. First up is an issue of Edge of Venomverse, written by Christopher Hastings and art by Irene Strychalski. Here we see an alt universe Gwen with a symbiote.

This Gwen is kind of scary looking.

Gwen's is still a fuckup in every universe.

And that's that. Don't read Venomverse, it's not good.

And the last thing I want to post is this short Gwenpool story from Not Brand Echh #14. Again written by Hastings and with art by Gurihiru.

And now for the main event. The final 2 issues of Unbelievable Gwenpool. This issue is probably my favorite from the whole series.

Here is an interesting fact, Unbelievable Gwenpool is second place for most appearances of Batroc the Leaper. The only comic with more Batroc appearances is Captain America vol. 1 which ran from 1968-1996.

It's a shame Gwen's powers manifested so late in the game. They have a lot of potential.

It's sad that Gwen's worries about her supporting cast turned out to be true. Even in the next Gwenpool comic, Gwenpool Strikes Back, her supporting cast made background appearances in a single page. The only supporting cast member to have an appearance with dialog was Ronnie. Ronnie appeared in Spider-Woman and made Jess a costume. I forget the writers name, but the woman who wrote that Spider-Woman comic also wrote the Pantsgiving story in The Gwenpool Holiday Special.

Here it is, the final issue.

The biggest flaw with this finale is speedrunning all the hanging plot threads, but I appreciate they were wrapped up. Hastings knew nobody was going to come back and pick them up. Also RIP Gwen's number 1 fan.

And that's the end. I hope those of you who read along enjoyed it. Hard to believe Gwenpool's 10th anniversary is this year. It feels like just yesterday I was complaining about how a stupid Gwen Stacy variant cover was getting it's own comic and how that was a terrible idea. How wrong I turned out to be.
