Anyone else think this is ahead of its time for 1970? Maybe I'm being naive about how far along pop culture was by then but it seems pretty ahead of the curve for barbie of all things to see the appeal in having a deadpan girl play off of the peppy one. Makes me think of a lot of modern anime.
