The site was most likely filtering you out because of not fulfilling the location requirements set by the seller (that is, the seller may not have shipped to your region so the site was not showing the item to you because you wouldn't have been able to get it). Online commerce sites like to do that. Currently the item you linked does not ship to my location and if I try to search for it, even if I try the exact same words in the title, it won't show to me. It's possible you have now gotten a different IP that wasn't filtered, or that the seller changed some settings of the listing, or maybe Amazon changed something on their end, and you now suddenly see the listing. Keep in mind that all the reviews say they got the wrong plush, though (Shadow instead of Silver)!
If you know that what you're looking for is sold exclusively in certain parts of the world, you can use a web proxy to make your searches so that it appears to the site that you're coming from those same areas and you get served items from that region, or you can try tampering with the site's settings so that it understand you're from a different location, although that might not actually work. Keep in mind that even if you do this and find the item you're looking for, it's possible it won't actually ship to your actual location since you're cheating the site and you might need to contact the seller and inquire about shipping to you.
