Are any of the levels in the 3d games good? Only played generations and the first 2 games.
>>2482 If you're only asking about levels, then yeah, sure. For instance, the levels from the 2nd and 3rd parts of Generations are pretty good and they're based (they're not remakes) on levels from other 3D games, so you have the originals to go back for more if that's what you want. Unleashed daytime stages are also great, and they're similar to what you'd find in Gens, though not so streamlined. There's a great mod for Generations that imports them into Generations so you can play them if you can't play the original game (as far as I know, it still can't be emulated properly). Apotos daytime is god damn fucking great.
>>2482 Unleashed's day stages are great fun. Rooftop Run, for example, is much better in Unleashed than it is in Generations.
I really liked some of the stages in SA1/SA2 & Unleashed's daytime levels. Generations is also pretty underrated in certain areas. I don't think it's as good as Unleashed, but levels like Modern Seaside Hill is pretty high on my list of favorite Boost levels.
I like better Generations' remakes than the original stages
I really liked Windy Valley beta on SA1.
