When I was fascinated by numbers the same way I too looked at the clock whenever meaningful numbers appeared by reflex. Nowadays I don't care much about it and use my intuition for other things so I notice them less. A part of you know that these numbers "make you happy" and tries to make you see them as much as it can. Or some entity is pointing you into the right direction. That is the point of the angel numbers btw. If you are interested in Kabbalah it might have some uses but otherwise I am unsure of the relevance of that ability. For me the sentences can warp in front of me and give me a new meaning if I "want it" but after almost going mad I made a rule to "keep reality realistic" and only let the visions overtake my mind when I meditate or consciously "allow it". Trying to overcome the necessity of "mundanity" to keep my sanity for a while. When the visions come to life I fall into a dreamlike trance and forget myself too much and things just spiral out of control. I need to have a better grip on that aspect. Also check'em
