Thread for anything GRRM, GOT/ASOIAF. Doesn't have to be Elden Ring related. >Lore/Mythology >Characters/Creatures/Races >Themes/Storytelling >Systems of Magic, Politics, etc. I can't really add much to this thread since I've never read any of his books or seen GOT past s1, but I wanted to have one for those who have and wanted to discuss. All I have are some links and articles: Fevre Dream >Miyazaki's favorite Martin novel is Fevre Dream. Set during the antebellum period of the American South, the novel is about steamboat captains on the Mississippi River and vampires. >>102 It does make me wonder. pic related is from the book review, it makes me think there'll be some sort of sympathy toward the vampire race in ER, if there is one. It's interesting that the book represents vampires, or "nosfuratu" as both vampires and werewolves. What do you think the nosfuratu would look like in elden ring?

Forgive me for taking so long with that, I've been busy with schoolwork. One thing that always activates my almonds are the similar styles in symbolism between the two.
