It's weird how uploading images randomly becomes very very slow

Asking here because I don't know where else to ask. Due to the filenames here being all fucky, I'm making a script (I'll share if anyone has any interesting) that automatically renames every file on a folder to the 4chan naming format, which is the Unix timestamp + the milliseconds of the image's posting, which is, 13 characters in length. At least that's how it was until (seemingly) July 18, 2022 (judging by 4plebs' archives), on the 18th of July the filenaming scheme was changed to the Unix timestamp + the microseconds of the image, that is, 16 characters in total. Is this accurate? There's seemingly zero documentation about this online, I'm trying to make my script as accurate as possible, so any help would be REALLY appreciated. As it stands the script already works, but it only makes 13-character length filenames, as I wasn't sure when this change to 16-characters happened until now when I spent some time narrowing it down. PLEASE HELP THIS IS DRIVING ME INSANE.
