YOU'VE GOT THE LOGS, NOW UNLEASH THE DOGS: Operation Blitzkrieg Log Veteran Leader 08/29/2016 (Mon) 11:13:57 Id: c8d699 No. 327278
The leaked CON logs have given us an unbelievable amount of ways to attack multiple targets, including LW, her clique, and gaming journalists that helped cover their asses and reported their false stories. Henceforth, this thread is for fleshing out the various different targets and ways we can use the logs to bite back. Keep this gravy train going. Keep the threads about this alive on /v/, /pol/ and anyone else willing to pitch in Let's start with this, the first idea of attack: POSSIBLE COURSE OF ACTION FUCK OVER THE JOURNO CLIQUE THAT HELPED MAKE LW LOOK INNOCENT There were multiple reports, most importantly from Polygon and Kotaku, about the Polaris Game Jam being shafted. Polygon's article in particular used Zoe as a source for the story. http://archive.is/pgfMp Since we've got admittance she screwed over the event, we could do two things. Email campaign to knock down advertisers, or press for an edit of the article that says Zoe was the one that messed everything up. Kotaku's Nathan Grayson also covered the story, exactly one day before he gave $800 to her, without proper disclosure, of course. http://archive.is/69wcr Her newest thing is being sponsored by Taco Bell, right? This one is kind of just for kicks, but it would be fun to get Taco Bell to back off in sponsorship. EMAIL WEAPONRY Two strategies for doing that. The direct method is to use any segment of the leaks that how much of a shitty person she is, specifically using her admittance of trashing the Polaris Game Jam. That's important, because it was sponsored by other companies. They put their money into the event and she fucked them out of it. You can use that to show that she's pure poison for corporate. The more round-about, yet probably more effective method is to do that, but to email the companies that sponsored the game jam first. Pepsi/Mountain Dew. I guess Disney if you want but they blow their money on gay shit all the time so I don't know if they'll care. NO MATTER WHICH METHOD YOU CHOOSE Be sure to include excerpts from these articles in your emails. Can't risk some lazy bloke checking the emails to not click on the links. These are important, as they contextualize the logs and are more effective than sending them walls of IRC text https://bonegolem.wordpress.com/2016/08/27/contextualizing-the-crash-override-network-logs/ >chat-logs-expose-crash-override-network-as-online-bullies/ https://archive.is/w2xed >jessi singal sees nothing wrong with leaks
[Expand Post] https://archive.is/giV5I http://www.oneangrygamer.net/2016/08/chat-logs-reveal-zoe-quinn-admitting-to-sabotaging-polaris-game-jam/10429/ >Crash Override Network Really Is a CON https://www.allthink.com/1607896 Now, you could also drag FF in the mud since they fund CON, but that's probably not a good idea now that they've faded into obscurity. HARD MODE Another potential target for chaos is within the participants of the game jam itself. If we can find out who got burned in that shitshow, we could send relevant parts of the leaks to them. Believe me, Indie hipsters tell their friends about all their stupid fucking problems, so if they find out that one of their own burned them, that will spread within the indie community. Matti Leshem, Aaron Umetani, and Jason Serrato are three individuals that were involved in the game jam in some important way, and got burned in part because Zoe sabotaged the event All of this compounds on the fact that Zoe was a darling of the Twine Revolution and Difference Engine Initiative, which were two attempts by indies to democratize video game production. In other words, make it so people who don't have the skills to build an actual game can make shitty text adventures and still call them games without being laughed at. Not only does she not have any talent, but she schemes behind everyone's back to fuck them over for her own gain too. Jesus, and that's just leaning on the Polaris shit, there's still so much ammo we can shoot everywhere
Sent E-mail to taco-bell . +1 letter telling them they're sponsoring a woman that maliciously destroyed an event sponsored by mountaindew.
>>327278 >Her newest thing is being sponsored by Taco Bell, right? This one is kind of just for kicks, but it would be fun to get Taco Bell to back off in sponsorship. AFAIK that might be Vice. But Vice is clickbait shit that is so tomayto tomahtoe. If the strategic goal is to get corporations to stop funding socjus scams, it's all good. >I guess Disney if you want but they blow their money on gay shit all the time so I don't know if they'll care. They probably don't care enough to deploy their lawyers, but they likely don't like losing money on their purchase either. So same goal as above for me. >Now, you could also drag FF in the mud since they fund CON, but that's probably not a good idea now that they've faded into obscurity. FF iirc still somehow has charity status. Them going into obscurity doesn't mean they are now harmless, especially if they still have charity status while escaping scrutiny IMO. >Jesus, and that's just leaning on the Polaris shit, there's still so much ammo we can shoot everywhere If the after action report of Gawker's demise is true, don't forget to also send letters to the finance, and marketing depts of the companies and sponsors. Not just the direct sponsors, but also companies who doesn't give a fuck about socjus but only in it for the money. With enough letters to the right department heads, those companies may re-think and re-evaluate if they want to continue investing in a company like twitter, that made CON into their Trusted Resources.
>>327285 *But Vice is clickbait shit so that is tomayto tomahtoe.
>>327286 Vice will be next on the wall, along with Salon and the entirety of Vox.

RAISE HELL AT TACO BELL Call the corporate office at 1-949-863-4500 Contact Us page https://www.tacobell.com/contact-us BE GONE, POLYGON We'll have to look for advertisers on Polygon, but here's one of their current sponsors. Peet's Coffee https://www.peets.com/customer-service/contact-us Now, Kotaku seems to be running entirely on adsense. If you find anything there, do post it here
>>327299 Ah, hang on. What you can actually do is contact the company that sponsors those ads Taboola https://www.taboola.com/contact Maybe that will work for Kotaku.
>>327299 Just remember, we're here to spook Taco Bell, not kill it… I eat there whenever I can. Remind them of that.
Wait, so is the stickied thread for info analyzing, and this is for DisNod? They make ammo, we fire it here? If so, please check: >>327328 It's got a bunch of other advertisers. If you would like it reposted, let me know or do it yourself. Didn't want to spam the thread with walls of text. But I also want even the laziest schmuck to have all the info they need in as little clicks as possible.
Social Autopsy's report might be useful too. http://degree180.com/8686-2/
>>327331 That's exactly it. The advertisers are the same ones here, no? >>327299
The CON press package may have been sent to some news outlets but it's unlikely many of them will run stories. Other news sites that were not sent the package may or may not be aware of the CON leaks. However, that doesn't mean that the community can't give them a little nudge in the right direction. The articles detailing Randi Harper's dox attempt on #GamerGate Facebook users is a perfect opportunity to highlight the leaks and drop them in the laps of media outlets who gave lots of unwavering support and positive coverage to CON. Twitter user @curmudgeon2600 put together a nice little pastebin list http://pastebin.com/d45k2NvP of most of the major outlets giving Crash Override Network positive coverage. It's possible to reach out to these outlets and link them to Bone Golem's article about CON https://bonegolem.wordpress.com/2016/08/27/contextualizing-the-crash-override-network-logs/(or the Reddit megathread) to politely inform them about updating their articles or making new ones regarding the CON leaks. ============================== Below is a list of the articles from notable outlets who reported on CON and the contact page you can use to inform them about the CON leaks: Birth.Movies.Death http://archive.is/jZPR5 contact page: http://birthmoviesdeath.com/contact/send-tip BOSTON MAGAZINE http://archive.is/TL96f contact page: http://www.bostonmagazine.com/contact/ BUSINESS INSIDER http://archive.is/pkao1 contact page: http://www.businessinsider.com/author/julie-bort Develop http://archive.is/4Pj82 contact page: http://www.developonline.net/contact GAMES INDUSTRY.biz http://archive.is/mxuuN http://archive.is/Chksd contact page: http://www.gamesindustry.biz/contact?subject=news THE GUARDIAN http://archive.is/5tPOv Contact page: https://www.please use archive.is/info/about-guardian-us/contact LA TIMES http://archive.is/uJZ4q contact page: http://www.latimes.com/about/la-contact-us-htmlstory.html

It completely destroys the media's narrative. You have an opportunity to leverage this to force the media to react or respond using e-mail campaigns.
>>327353 So, is Operation Blitzkrieg Log another name for Operation You Have Smoking Guns? I want to know so I don't start up a new page in the GG wiki.
>>327358 When it's a different name for a similar operation.
>>327358 Blitzkrieg Log came first but it's for you to decide. Smoking Guns is probably a better known name, so you could just stick with that and say Blitzkrieg Log is the 8chan equivalent or something
I don't know if ya guys have heard, but Bonegolem found some extra stuff that we can use for the operation: https://www.red*dit.com/r/KotakuInAction/comments/50oojp/deepfreeze_nine_new_journalists_were_found_to_be/
