I have updates from Mark Kern and other in-the-knowfags
Sorry for not posting last night, I wanted to wait for a couple more people to respond to my retarded strategy idea. Here's what was said:
>Mark thinks the ESA idea is a bust because they're just too big to care and have no sway at this level. Because they're made up of every single major publisher there's gonna be no way to organize a boycott or pressure campaign big enough for them to feel it.
I don't know if I agree with him, but he's way more of an expert with the ESA than I am.
Here's what WAS suggested
The number one, biggest thing that everyone I talked with agreed on is YOUTUBE . We need to keep this a hot-button, talked about issue with every major Youtuber we can reach. The story has already been blowing up there and its embarrassing both the Narrative firms and the companies doing business with them, and all the normalfags being redpilled by the wave is being noticed. We have to keep the fire burning and not let it become yesterday's news.
The SECOND thing everyone agreed on was TWITTER specifically COMMUNITY NOTES . Kotaku has already been force-fed their own ass by this and it is a MASSIVE HUMILIATION to the media outlets going to bat for Sweet Baby and the rest. The idea is to push Twitter to community note every fucking article and cast them beneath the equivalent of a tombstone that reads "He Never Scored."
As far as email campaigns go, everyone seemed to think that there's really nobody to email. If a few gamer emails could change the mind of a dev studio, that studio wouldn't have caved to the Narratives in the first place. And all the other parties are fully on board with the opposing team, as are the ESG investors.
The last bit of advice that a few of them gave me was GO WIDE AND CHASE THE LEVIATHAN . Blackrock backs ESG which backs DIE which gives the Narratives power in both gaming and Hollywood. Recently its caused the collapse of the CHIPS act and set US tech back by years. They think we should attack the whole fucking rigged system, using every controversy and piece of ammo they hand us, and try to just burn the entire rotten thing to the ground. If we make a big enough stink and get a committed audience of normalfags we can spark real, meaningful damage to them in the long term.
Lastly was Trump. Most didn't want to talk about the possibility, but the idea is that this DIE shit hurts jobs and now the whole economy like with the CHIPS pullouts. Since Trump is huge on improving the economy as his main cornerstone policy, then if DIE and ESG are taking all the public blame (because of us) by the time he gets into office then he's likely to declare war on them. Remember that ESG losses are offset with tax breaks to keep them going, so the President has leverage there. Obama got it off the ground but Trump could end it.
That's all I've got for now but I'll keep cooking with my ears and nose to the ground. Semper Viv. Carry on.
