>Lmao did you also miss the ones where pitbulls fling cat around like toys? Even if a cat wants to protect you against other creatures or humans, it can't due to its size. Having a cat as a protector is stupid.
Unless you have a shitbull yourself or at least a bigger dog, your dog is not likely to do much to the shitbull either. Those crazy cunts can be hit by baseball bats and police batons as they bite someone and not give a single fuck, and they generally target other dogs first when rampaging. Fair enough though, the cat is unlikely to achieve much even if it tries and nobody gets one for protection. It's still a great display of loyalty and self-sacrifice, wouldn't you say?
>Never seen once in my life and any dogs not obedient to owners/ fuck with random bystanders are sent to the butchers. Dogs biting owners is purely a white problem, grow some balls and beat that mutts and it will always learn its lesson.
You don't need to see dogs hurting owners personally, you can check statistics, news reports, whatever. How often do you hear of dogs, how often of cats pulling that shit off? Dog being offed after it causes harm doesn't change my point at all and is irrelevant, it happens after its already killed or heavily hurt someone or another pet, the deed is done. No common problem of the sort with the cat, and the excuses for "why" dogs do that and "why" cats don't are at best interesting, but it
stilll happens. Just like when seeing 13% of US populace commits 50% violent crime I don't want to hear excuses and see the blame placed on other parties, so here do I just compare cats and dogs causing severe harm and gather my conclusions.

It's risk/reward assessment, more or less. Some breeds might not care much, but for most living predators just succeeding in an attack doesn't mean they want to be harmed (severely) even if they win in the end. If the other party is confident, that's unexpected for the predator and it might decide to turn its tail and run even if it feels it would win.
