Thomas Victor O'Carroll is a pro-MAP activist and has written books like "Paedophilia: The Radical Case" and "Michael Jackson's Dangerous Liaisons" in 1973 he started "The Paedophile Information Exchange" (AKA pie) along with a another activist Ian Campbell Dunn, PIE was a pro-MAP activist group that the advocated for lowering the age of consent to 4, legalising child-pornography unless it could be proven that child was harmed, that's about all I could find about what they advocated for but the group dissolved in 1984. In 2002 O'Carroll was convicted for a incident that happened in October 2001 where Customs officials found 94 full-frontal images of naked children aged between 2 and 10 apparently the pictures were not taken with consent, for this he was sentenced to nine-months imprisonment on three counts The conviction was later overturned in November 2002 by the Court of Appeal which held that the trial judge had been overly influenced by O'Carroll's campaigning.
