A thread by me for the idiots who don't know the art of investing. i will be posting stocks that are rare and have unrealized potential with the help of disclosed insider trades on regulatory websites. All of this is being done under, Disclosures under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ([Regulation 7 (2) read with Regulation 6(2)] THIS IS LEGAL
>>983 NSE: KIRLOSENG Has MASSIVE insider selloff of ₹822 crores. >The stock is up massively and seems to hold its position. wait till I post an update.
>>984 the family seems have sold off their positions after the patriarch died.
>>984 Its a good buy since P/E is low and latest 10K shows massive uptick in company performance.
>>983 Short NASDAQ: SFM is an organic foods comapny which mostly if not fully caters to the "woke" and soy crowd. their produce is much more expensive and their sales suffer due to high inflation. there has been massive insider selling by top board members and significant loss in current cashflow. As we all know about the reality of the american economy right now, the ordinary citizen cannot afford eating "organic" due to mqssive inflation and fed increasing rates which has historically lead to mass unemployment which will lead to this company's shares falling and thus i think that this company is worth putting short calls on.

>>995 Do you trade in american stocks?
>>997 yes and i want to also help the nri anons on this site.
>>998 How many years does it take to complete cfa upto level 2, while doing a job? I'll be starting my mba this year and planning to go the finance route. Gib some tips yaar.
If I could do insider trading I would, in a heartbeat. Imagine greedy government telling you "we will tax your income as you buy things that have been taxed already, use your money to give gibs to minorities™ but DO NOT DO INSIDER TRADING REEEEE IT'S UNFAIR YOU GREEDY BASTARD"
>>983 It is a crazy time in the Indian market. I sent my dad some money, which he invested via a manager and got 33% returns. I thought my dad was BS'ing me. But turns out he wasn't. Low risk and high return if you know companies that are going to do well.
>>6587 It's an open secret that it happens all the time, with people even admitting it to outsiders just 2 drinks in.
where to learn
Looks like gold is going to rise further.
>>6667 Price of gold and gold reserves are pretty useful for determining the onset of war, at least recently. Russia pumped up it's reserves in the lead up to Ukraine, China is pumping them up before Taiwan, which I think will kick off in the next 5 years just before the Chinese economy completely implodes.
>>6668 tl:dr gold is a good investment.
>>6587 Government also openly inside trades aswell. Everything is set up to screw the average mom and pop investor and pump up the elite classes. Normies woke up with the gamestop bullshit, if only briefly.
>>6670 Its different. They do manipulate stocks, but not through insider trading itself, more through giving stocks as rewards to employees. Hint dropping is there, but its done without mentioning it.
>>6669 gold is not a good investment because it does not increase in value. it has the illusion of increasing in value because the US dollar is constantly losing value. but gold actually stays the same value for thousands of years. you should buy gold because it maintains value, it is an inflation hedge. it just technically is not a good "investment." invest in your education, that pays dividends. store your wealth in gold.
>>8620 My mother bought some for a few thousand Rs in 1990's. Now it is worth 20 times more. Gold is based. But storing large quantities is a pain Moving internationally with gold is always annoying.
>>8621 >My mother bought some for a few thousand Rs in 1990's. Now it is worth 20 times more. Again, the gold isn't worth 20 times more. The fiat currency you are comparing it to became 20 times more inflated.
>>8621 Consider the following: In 1990 the spot price of gold was approximately $1,000 USD per ounce. A brand new Honda Accord was approximately $10,0000 USD. A brand new Honda Accord was worth approximately 10 ounces of gold. In 2025 the spot price of gold is approximately $3,000 USD. A brand new Honda Accord is approximately $30,000 USD. A brand new Honda Accord is worth approximately 10 ounces of gold. When you compare gold to anything besides inflationary fiat currency, it becomes apparent that gold maintains the same value. Gold neither increases nor decreases in value. It is only fiat currency that loses its value over time, giving the illusion that everything else became more valuable. Replace Honda Accords with houses, McDonalds meals, computer parts, game consoles, or anything else and you will see the same thing. I just picked Honda Accord because the numbers were simple and convenient.
>>8621 You are still smart for storing gold, or rather you would be an idiot if you stored rupees for 35 years.
I'm retard when it comes to financial literacy. Although I don't earn much currently but want to put my money somewhere outside the banks. Any resources I can read in free time. I'm in R&D so not much time, so would appreciate concise material. I will look into this thread time to time to put my money somewhere.
>>8637 I got your point , but the second time you explained it beautifully. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D7WPeUpcBlg >>8641 Index funds when market is stable. Otherwise gold or fixed deposits.
>>8636 house price/ gold 1950, 7354/464 is 15.84 2025, 513.600/2800 is 183 I need 183 units now, to buy a house in fatland
however, the egg prices, which stay linear in, has that effect from 2005 to 2023 So, you may have seem to forget that house is an asset which can appreciate so, indeed you can keep your money in gold
>>8702 >>8703 I found my notes on this. The only objective thing to compare for value is time. Even gold is pretty arbitrary as a form of value. Time is the only thing with independent value. Too many young people trade time for money without a proper analysis of what they are gaining. >>8641 If you are in research then follow the basic principles Power of compound interest Keep expenses low enough Keep your savings diverse https://www.mrmoneymustache.com/2012/01/13/the-shockingly-simple-math-behind-early-retirement/ This is a good starting point. Normally I do recommend ETF's and Index funds, but we live in unprecedented times right now and I have wihdrawn all my investments except the gold bars I own.
