Its very very hard to do it in moderation, whenever I relapse, the entire rest of the day for me is constant fapping and finding new nsfw content to watch. Then the next day I take a shower and tell myself im done with porn, while I go back to doing my usual daily activities (work, school, shopping, etc.) Now rinse and repeat this over and over. So for me, its definitely complete indulgence and complete abstinence.
