What should be our main focus to keep the fandom going?

If you open up too much, you might lose what makes you distinct, yet, preservation of these parts of the fandom probably require more openness to newfags and some new ways of thinking than what "lurk more" faggot and trying to cling to current paradigms that a lot of the more "anon channer" side would want . The more OC situation I actually think is doing okay, perhaps even good. I am seeing a lot of anons trying to make art and OC now at a level much higher than a few years ago and still have some pony content and megaprojects still being worked on elsewhere.

>>123 ive been thinking about that. and the horrendous state of hasbro atm. losing stock etc. so, mby we will get a g4 esque type show, movie or spinoff down the line because of that. hear me out. if you look at their "My Little Pony Official" YouTube channel. the only clips that get any views rn, are the older g4 episodes. any newer g5 content, does not get as many views. the numbers are clearly showcasing what people want to watch. the biggest problem g5 has, is that all the ponies are ugly asf, whilst g4 ponies were cute and appealing to the masses. perhaps they will look at those numbers and course correct at some point.

Anyone else think about ponies before sleeping? How it would be to live in equestria? Being in various adventures and such? Or just living a normal life there? I like to imagine myself as a stallion or human scout, searching and marking the vast lands for dangerous places, like changeling hives etc. I think that would be exciting and cool. To wander the beautiful landscape and discover things of use.
