How did you become a monarchist? Peasant 11/28/2020 (Sat) 03:27:22 No. 2298
title
>>2298 I want to be Monarch since I don't trust anyone else.
>>2298 Watching Congress.
It's the default position for a patriotic British man like myself. The more you learn about it, the greater the monarchy seems.
>>2298 By being libertarian
A combination of seeing the right things happen and coming across the right stories and books. Most boys begin as monarchists in truth, it's just that the world tears it from them over time. The key is regaining and recognizing the truth. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8NbVhFh9_-c
>>2298 Mass Democracy and Republicanism has failed for the last time in history (as far as I'm concerned) with the fail of the USA and the rise of the USSA. Tiered Democracy and Direct Democracy in small states is still an option, but mass democracy just shifts power to media and the money powers that own it. Republics are always destined to fall to Plutocrats and/or Communists (in the case of the USSA—both, more specifically the Jewish parasitic banker class takes over from above via talmudic tribalism, and from below using communist subversion.
>>2489 So did you grab hold of it only recently yourself, watching the shitshow of 2020?

>>2490 No, butt I think the masses will be more receptive to the concept thanks to the blatant Demonrat rigging of the election.
>>2496 Even if it remains underground, if it becomes a steady stream, it will remain.

I wonder how many legit monarchists visit this board. And not the "not real monarchist™" gatekeeping, but in general. I think we get a few /his/fags & others who probably couldn't care, maybe /liberty/ once in a moon, but what people primarily with monarchy? Outsiders, I suspect.

>>2298 >Freedom good >People Dumb Hmm, libertarianism cant work >Authoritarianism unenjoyable >Commies hungry >Nazis sexless Well fuck, isnt that awful too Then idea: >Freedom without the right to vote it away >Monarch raised from birth with the values of their forebears >Feudal lords that war with each other to maintain the wealth of their personal districs >Constitution enforced on the feudal lords by the monarch enabling freedom, and cementing control over the nation >Freedom, morals and tradition upkept by minimal taxation, and government funded schools, Monarch has a vested interest in maintaining social cohesion, freedom allows societies artists and other degenerates to do as they please without it hurting society >Military upheld by a combination of conscription with good pay from fiefdoms, and military education in the state funded schools >Navy upheld by feudal lords protecting their trade interests >Citizenry able to progress to feudal lordship through acceptance of certain basic constitutional values >Feudal lords who defy these boundries are punishible from 10 years of indentured service, to abdication and execution I'm a Libertarian Monarchist, have been since well before the current trend
>>2630 I also identify with Libertarian Monarchism.
When I got a royal title from my Dad and bought two more.
>>2298 I simply got disillusioned with democracy and the state of modern society, and thus began to gravitate to monarchy as a cure for the bloated, inefficient god of our modern timed, "our democracy"
>>2568 I am a legit monarchist. This place looks pretty dead though, is there a more active board somewhere else or is this it?
I was born in a country where the history of our empire is somewhat celebrated. First book I read was a biography of every Hapsburg monarch (though these days, I recognize the Stauffer were superior emperors). It always was painfully obvious that democracy doesn't work, and can't work because everyone inevitably votes in their own interests without considering the long term, and politicians inevitably lie about what they're going to do. That sent me on a short journey from national socialism to communism (for like a week until I'd read Das Kapital), back to Traditionalist Monarchy, aka feudal, HRE-style monarchy through Hermetic philosophy, with a Distributist economy (aka guilds of craftsmen, and lots of small farmers, with no larger megacorps).

I have no doubts many will abandon their pro-monarchy stance once the generic contrarian "I hate democracy" take losses its initial flare. That is a small step. A much bigger step is finding the need for Monarchy & starting to like Monarchy more than you hate democracy, because hating Democracy doesn't always mean you'll see the light in Monarchy. And many faggots have confirmed this. They will become transient and move on to the next thing.
Life Span of the Average Libertarian Monarchist: Read Hoppe Democracy: The God That Failed --> Begome Monarchist --> Read more --> Later find problems w/ Monarchy from libertarian pov --> Transition from "Monarchist" to "Feudalist" --> or become more of a constitutionalist, either way Denial stage, buzz around in trad shit a bit longer --> Not srsly committed to feud / trad autism, besides the idea of decentralization, moves on --> Reverts to being a normal libertarian again or moves onto something else
/his/fags >be /his/fag >read history >opinions come from YT history channels / history books / but most likely /his/ >suddenly wants to have kings and emperors because history showcases kings and emperors >but also to relive history Traditionalists / NRx: >@WrathOfGnon quote image >redpilled on /monarchy/? or >be trad >/christian/ denominational shitflinging >supports X dynasty b/c of his denomination >only support /monarchy/ as a means to virtue signal how Catholic or tradpilled he is, like a fashion statement or >be trad >LARP as a noble online >only support royalty as another form of nobility and an extension of a noble title >has almost nothing to say about the pre-eminent state of Monarchy or Monarchy itself as a political form. "I was born in X country, so I am a monarchist" While it is a healthy thing to be patriotic or uphold civic duty, the only problem I have with this stance is that plenty of people flaunt the institutions of their country as an extension of their patriotism or nominal support, even if they really could care less. And it doesn't have any revelation about Monarchy and lacks a certain zeal, let alone strong personal convictions.
I've became unironic monarchist shortly after becoming a furry degenerate. I believe giving the power to the masses is a dumb idea. It makes as much sense as putting a RNG machine in charge. So we need a dictatorship... but well... a good kind. I believe a queen or king who prepared and trained for ruling the country since birth, who can’t just walk away and abandon their people, who’s doing their “true calling and destiny” rather than a 5-10 year job e.c.t. is much less likely to be corrupt power abusing assholes than military dictators and presidents-for-life. Of course there should be a representative organ to make sure noone’s being oppressed and stuff but no voting, referendums and bullshit like this. I like to call this “mother knows best” state. (yep, nationstates player here). Truly the perfect ruler is a mother-queen for whom the subjects are children, not just cogs in the machine and numbers in the bottom line. Yeah, some idealistic shit I wrote a while ago but one can dream.

>>2926 >>2925 Grace chan is a /monarchy/ board tan. inb4 plebs say "that's how I became a monarchist"
>>2298 After seeing my country be raped by the 'republic' that's in place and seeing my people suffer for it, a monarchy just seems to be the best case scenario. Someone invested and with a real incentive to be a good ruler is preferable to some prick who only cares for his 4 to 8 years then he can run with the money.
>>2298 (OP) >how did? By being disappointed with all other political models and then being disgusted by current "monarchy". I want something epic, legendary, grounded in both the past and the future, and I want it to feel divinely inspired.
