Busy yourself. Idle hands are horny hands. Staying active and spending less time at your computer helps a lot when trying to control your urges.
Any of the following can help a lot:

>Go outside/Be near others
This is self-explanatory. When you're out and about you can't succumb to an urge. If you live with others, leave your door open more often and especially if you are feeling strong urges. The thought of a friend or loved one catching you jerk off is pretty horrifying.
>Limit Vidya and internet consumption to 20 hours a week (roughly 2 hours a day)
it can be unhealthy and mastabatory in it's own right when you overindulge in lazy hobbies and opens up the possibility for temptation as many anons typically use their Computers to do these things. I love games though so I'm not saying it's a bad hobby.
>Drink lots of water and pee whenever you have an urge
>Use a rubberband around wrist or waste and snap it everytime your mind starts drifting back to a relapse
Some people with major issues told me that they had to do this, so I thought I'd mention it.
>block all porn websites via firewall or app
>use safesearch features and adblock
>avoid social media
Lewd boards, tik tok, instagram, etc. It's mostly just porn in the form of vain people flaunting their bodies.
Generally spend less time in front of screens and more time working out. Make sure that you have a good diet as well, as it's an essential component in improving your mental and physical state. Remember that porn consumption can mess with your head, make you feel foggy. It damages the part of your frontal lobe associated with motivation and restraint not unlike grossly overweight people and can be a trap.
