my favorite is undeniably sawayaka_mz (もづたろ on pixiv), his art is just pleasing to the eye and the way he draws his shotas is so adorable, like little puppies you can't help but want to see broken. A big part of his art is of Enta Jinnai from Sarasanmai, I never watched it but his design is so good it feels like he was made to be shota-bait.
