Ultimately she succeeds by placing some artifically bred starfish with nerve enchaning saliva on his soles and upperbody to "worship". By the chance, I remember a similar story involving starfish but in an SCP report style (almost certainly an SCP fic), with descriptions of some other tickle "objects" as well. Probably on dA or ticklingforum, but can't find it there nowadays. Google gives me SCP-999 related shit.
