baby lotion is good, but ive personally used Aveeno since i was young and its kept my feet very soft. it doesn’t have a strong scent and its not very oily which i like personally. its simple but has great effects, even when applying some for a tickle session. used to give my friends foot rubs with aveeno and tickle them playfully afterward, it made their soles softer but also slightly slick to glide my fingers over. overall a good moisturizer imo!

I suggest warm coconut oil all the way. Daily application softens feet and applied before/during tickles works just as good as baby oil and tastes a lot better.
