>>81923 >>81954 My card is a lowly 2080, 8GB of VRAM I used ComfyUI with these instructions https://comfyanonymous.github.io/ComfyUI_examples/wan/ to run it locally with the Text2Video model (image was only working at very low resolutions) As for the two videos with higher resolution, I used https://fal.ai/models/fal-ai/wan-i2v (kinda expensive) and an image generated via Flux Schnell as starting point as for the prompt, for instance one is "mechanical arms with rotating brushes start gently cleaning the woman's armpits and breasts , when she is touched she starts laughing desperately but she cannot lower her chained arms" better not to reference tickling directly, but rather the action that causes it; you never know how the model is going to interpret it

Pretty cool. image to video is neat, can make people in the photo do stuff, which is a bit scary. with a 4080 super 16gb, the longest so far I've had to wait was maybe 40 minutes, most took about 15, but it depends on the settings. the one with the robot hands was text to video. took 10 minutes

you can also stich together multiple videos if you like to build mini-scenarios; obviously after a while it has troubles maintaining face consistency, so there's a limit; I think it helps if let the subject look into the camera, that way there's a reference in the next video input as to what the face looked like in the first

Thanks so much, and agreed on the frustrating abundance of free fucking trials. I do it all the time for my job too lol which is sort of related to AI or leverages AI. I think I'll just let those of you with the patience do your thing, try my hand a bit when I have time, and enjoy things like that blue haired hottie.
