Instead of making the filter algorithm self-learning, it is possible for your comment to be invisible to other if you spam the exact same comment over certain period. There is this spam account in sport channel who spam the exact same comment for months but it is still going, while mine become invisible if I use private browsing.

there is this old American cartoon about a hedonist cat named felix or something uploaded in youtube. in 1 episode the video depic nudity, sex, smoking and drug use when COPPA rolls in, that video got marked for children and people from other video get laugh that. I reupload that In my channel, this week I got a Strike, appeal and get rejected without giving reason. that original video still online, showing kids about cartoon boomer cat fucking and using drugs

I got banned once for reuploading footage of an execution by firing squad of some German officials. Marked it correctly, even privated it, and yet it still got struck and my account was permanently closed. The funniest part was how it got unbanned a few years ago and stayed so until a few months ago.
