I can tell when an artist actually is trying to come back under a new name, like undernom becoming nomminramen, but this ain't it. Again, I could only see this being retrobelly if he's deliberately making his style worse to pretend he's a newer artist. Which then, if he were doing that then wouldn't he change up how he shades and draws eyes too?
